"The room was clean. Amenities were provided. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It was a wonderful hotel with a Japanese feel throughout. I also used the large public bath, but there was visible dust on the fan in the changing room. The ice cream and lemon water after the bath was very good. I would like to use it again."

"We were incredibly lucky to get room 111. As soon as we opened the window, there were many clever koi fish. Whenever someone was on the balcony, they would immediately come over. There was fish food available at the hotel entrance; it was self-service. We were very touched. We had a five-year-old child traveling with us, and the hotel staff always made sure to include the child's utensils when preparing cutlery in the restaurant, even though we hadn't ordered dinner for him. We will definitely come again. Thank you."

"Super fast check in. Self check in available. Big lobby area for R&R with free amenities provided! Room was ok, nothing worth noting. Worth staying a day or 2 as prices for the hotel is very reasonable."

"There are many types of hot spring baths, and although it's small, the swimming pool is fun to do breaststroke, backstroke, and flutter kicks to warm up your body in a healthy way. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with a wide variety of Yamanashi ingredients, and I was full to the brim. I'd like to come again."

"It is a traditional hot spring hotel. We stayed in the old wing this time. I heard that one side is newly renovated. The old wing really has its age and the rooms have a bit of a smell. In mid-February, we made a reservation for the family bath on the 5th floor, but the floor was damaged and had not been repaired. It was dangerous for children to pass by. The front desk had limited English and could not fully communicate. There are not many tourists, and overall I am very satisfied."

Accueil excellent malgré que nous ne parlions pas Japonais, parking, propreté, prix tout y est. Juste revoir les quelques défauts esthétiques de la chambre, rien de dérangeant. "For family of 4, the room of this hotel is EXCELLENT! So comfortable, cozy, spacious, clean and safe! Complete with ALL AMENITIES we need, plus they have complementary drinks and snacks, Kid-Safe environment plus the night lights at the backyard of this room is STUNNING!!!! We went to Yamanashi to visit Mt. Fuji and super thankful that we got to stay in this Hotel, 15-20mins drive away from Lake Kawaguchiko, where the best photo spots for Mt. Fuji, they also have in-hotel food and beverages for sale, easy to transact, and would really feel at home because of the Privacy and Security plus Cozy ambiance ☺️ Will definitely come back here!!!"
