"It was so comfy and clean, it was my fault that i booked the smoke room i thought there’s no any other room available and im pregnant currently. Just a friendly reminder if somebody’s pregnant or hate the smell of smoke do not book it cus u can smell it inside too. But overall we had a nice stay. My room and my families room are separated they got the twin room but same floor. The view from my room is amazing and stunning! I would love to go back again. The staffs are very nice and approchable as well. And the sauna, i have no words to say but absolutely relaxing, they have a herb sauna, wine sauna, a swimming pool, salt area and outdoor area. I was really stunned and the temperature of heat is perfectly fine for a pregnant i guess cus its not summer yet. But don’t stay for too long i only stayed for 5 minutes each place cus its rly not good to stay for so long if you’re pregnant. I’m btw 28weeks so i think if ure pregnant u can still be at sauna. The place is also closed to all the restaurants and stores really a good location. Very quiet and peaceful place. Thank you so much for letting us stay and will definitely go back!"

"The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and I was very satisfied. The last four digits of the reservation number I received from Trip.com were different from the reservation number the hotel received, so I had to wait about 15 minutes at check-in. I never found out the reason, but my stay was comfortable. I chose the Sunday evening stay with breakfast included, which was a great decision. Prices are higher everywhere on weekends and the day before holidays, but I would like to visit again on a Sunday or another day when it's relatively less crowded."

"The room is very large in Japan, and the experience is very good. The hot spring environment is beautiful, and the outdoor one is especially comfortable. The hotel is said to be the best in the area, and the buffet has a lot of choices. I will choose this hotel next time."

"The room is spacious and clean, with a lot of things provided including the utensils, wine opener and wine glass since it's around the vineyard. The self check-in is easy, and it's quiet. The downside was the aircond is too hot especially during summer time, as it was set on energy saving mode and the aircond will always goes back to 25 degree even though you have set it at 21 degree before sleep. The duvet is too thick for 25 degree aircond. And the room is a bit dark especially at the bed area, maybe can add a few more lights. But overall was a good stay."
