建物は築古ですが、部屋も広くこの価格なら納得です。徒歩圏内に、コンビニ・飲食店・ラーメン屋・居酒屋等々揃っていて立地は良いです。

だいぶ昭和な感じのお部屋で、所々壁紙も剥がれかけている箇所があり少し怖かったです。しかし、冷たい便座の為に便座シートが用意されていたり、スタッフの方々も優しく丁寧でアットホームな感じでよかったです。湯質はお肌ツルツル、置いてあるシャンプーリンスなども馬油を使った物で、しっとりサラサラになりました。

少し早めに到着してしまいましたが、チェックインでき、部屋に入れていただきました。 部屋は15畳の和室で、布団は先に敷かれてました。掘りごたつもあり、部屋は広々しています。六階の部屋からは山々が見えて良い景色です。洗面所には化粧水など完備されてました。 女風呂は岩風呂で、内風呂は少し熱く、露天風呂は源泉かけ流しの少しぬる湯です。露天風呂や内風呂から巨岩と緑の庭が見えて、良いお風呂です。 洗面エリアにアメニティーは揃ってました。 夕食は広いレストランでいただきました。 夕食はかなり品数があり、ほぼ全てセッティングされています。 石和温泉の山梨県産ワインのBYO(持込料1000円)しました。 お食事処の係は、ノンジャパニーズの方たちでしたが、丁寧で親切でした。 朝食は和食膳で、品数がありました。宝刀味噌汁が少ししょっぱめでした。 シニアプランで14時チェックインと、湯上りビール付きでした。のんびりと良い温泉につかって、リラックスした滞在になりました。

料理などのサービスは経費削減の影響か、あまり良くはない。 夕食は、冷めて固くなった肉料理が順番無視して最初に来たり、あとから前菜が来たり、刺身やカニはパサパサだったり。あと、早く料理を出して片付けて終えるのがサービスだと思っているかのよう。 ただ、美味しい皿は美味しいのでなんともいえない。 大浴場も広くて悪くないし、設備も古めかしいものもあるが全体的にキレイ目。 料金次第だが、悪い場所ではない。ただ、期待を高くするわけにもいかない。そんな場所。
