We stayed at the hotel from the 31st of March for 11 nights, we arrived before noon, checking in I was surprised to learn our room was ready, so there was no need to store our luggage. Our room was clean and tidy and quite spacious although on the dark side of the hotel. The restaurant and food was brilliant with a good selection of food although it did get a little repetitive during 11 days it was always well prepared. Happy hour is on for a total of 3 hours a day consisting of an hour in the early afternoon and 7pm until 9pm in an evening. The evening entertainment was ok some nights being better than others. There is a great team at the hotel and nothing was too much trouble . We did ask for a room move to the sunny side of the hotel after the first night which was granted by one of the reception team ( I wish I could remember his name as he always greeted us with a nice smile and a little bit of banter and would have been nice to mention him by name). I have one big grumble and it was the noise as the Hotel is having a large extension at the end and as we where at the end it was noisy from 8 am every day. The main structure is built but there is still disc cutting, grinding noises , skip filling and banging going on , one morning an old wall next to an outside shower was being demolished with a sledge hammer . A couple of more weeks should see it finished. Tui th company I traveled with did not mention anything about this on their website when booking the holiday or else I wouldn’t have booked it. But would I go back….. definitely, but I’d check to see there was no building works been done before I booked.
