I recommend the hotel.
We were 4 people in an apar**ent, with a kitchen. The service is good, 24-hour reception and spacious facilities.

This was our third visit and stepping back through the doors was like coming home with so many familiar staff faces. I read the previous review to this about hotel security and not letting non guests in and both myself and my husband agree it's a great idea. We have 2 children (11 and 13) weve always let them wander throughout the hotel ( go games room or for snack etc) .it never crossed our minds that non guests would be in hotel so I'm pleased the hotel put a stop to it. The hotel has everything for all ages but isnt a rowdy hotel which is lovely you can sit and have a quiet drink and listen to some music or watch the magician. The food is great for lunchtime snacks or 10min walk away from the seafront with lots of great restaurants. We always buy food in for breakfast and snacks from the shopping centre next door. Alongside a food shop its got primark, JD sports ,perfume shops. Etc also on top of the building is childrens funfair type of thing. Go karting and zero latency. All brilliant if cloudy or abit too cold to go in pool. Also I found out you can hire footballs or tennis rackets, which saves room in your suitcase.

We stayed at this apart hotel last September and were delighted with our one bed apar**ent and overall experience. We returned in May 2024 and unfortunately we didn’t have the same experience. We upgraded to a 2 bed apar**ent, primarily to have the sun on the balcony. Perhaps due to the time of the year, we didn’t get the sun until the evening and only for a short time. On arrival, it seemed that the room had been vacant for a while which resulted in a musty smell. We opened the windows/doors for a couple of days and the smell eventually subsided. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is exemplary but We felt compelled to wash the cutlery (a portion of it was rusty) and we didn’t use it. The tiled floor had a few holes and dents which perhaps should be addressed. The staff throughout the Fuengirola Beach are so friendly, helpful and courteous in every way and our compliments to all. Unfortunately, our experience was not great on this occasion, so I’m just passing our views along. Best wishes and hope you receive our comments as constructive and not merely a complaint.

For many years I have recommended this hotel. For many years several friends have been regularly staying at this hotel. But, something has changed. The Hotel itself is still in my opinion one of the best locations and value in Fuengirola. However, upon visiting my friends on their holiday this last week, they have been denied access to the bar with me as visitor. Apparently this is a new policy, no visitors allowed to join them for a drink or a meal in the bar or restaurant. Security staff advise that this policy applies to everybody, so you may wish to bear this in mind if you plan to visit and wish to meet at the hotel with anyone other than a hotel guest.. This somewhat spoiled their stay and our arrangements. Needless to say we spent money elsewhere and I now feel unable to recommend this hotel. I daresay that our friends will now book alternative accommodation for next time. What a shame. Not the best way to treat your locals or your guests. I would understand it if it was a rowdy bunch, but I am talking of mature people in their 60's.

I have recommended this hotel to friends and others for years. I have friends that stay there every year , for many years. But , right at this very moment I am informed by some new security regime that I cannot enjoy a drink with my friends at the bar. It seems that we are not allowed past reception. What a crazy situation. Not only are you losing money , and a fair chunk, you have just lost a precious reputation, and I think you have also just lost regular clients and lost recommendations . What a shame. Never experienced this at at any other hotel in the world. I would really like an explanation from the hotel.
