Apartamentos Stella Maris - Marcari SL

Fantastic apartments, can't recommend enough! We were in room 1212. Fantastic size of apartment, best view I've ever had! Everything we needed in the apartment (no iron but we take our own). Found ITV and BBC1 on the tv (also few more English channels). Great wifi reception in apartment Shower was brilliant! Unfortunately the beds aren't very comfortable, these could be improved. Cleaning staff were friendly and done a great job. Nice small pool. Apartments were lovely and quiet. Location is perfect! Big supermarket round the corner, lots of lovely places near to eat , drink and take away

Had a week at these apartments. We were given a full sea view so think that was an upgrade but the side view would also have been great. Everything you need in the apartment. Cleaning lady was lovely clean towels often sheets mid week. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. Close to everything you would need. Great Mercado just a few minutes away. Superb Japanese restaurant behind the apartments. Definitely going back but will be longer than a week.

Good cheap old Hotel - Quality and price level well balanced

This was our 10th stay at StellaMaris and we’ve already rebooked again for November. We always have a studio apartment which is plenty big enough for two for a week. There is plenty of storage and a large balcony overlooking the sea. The beds are clean and super comfy. All the staff are very friendly and the house keeping staff keep the rooms and communal areas immaculate. Already counting down the days until November

We booked a very reasonably price weeks stay in a studio apartment with Jet2. We requested a high floor and were given a studio on the eleventh floor. The studio was compact but had everything we needed, including a kitchenette with small breakfast bar compact bathroom, safe for hire and a lovely furnished balcony directly overlooking the sea. The location was perfect…literally on the seafront, and easy walking distance to Fuengirola, Los Boliches, train and bus stations as well as a huge selection of bars and cafes, and not forgetting a good local supermarket just around the corner. We arrived before midday and so our accommodation wasn’t ready but the very friendly reception staff took our number and looked after our suitcases….as soon as the studio was ready they gave us a call to save guessing. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and rooms were serviced daily, excepting Sundays. There was a bar and cafe/ restaurant under the apartments as well as a swimming pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again at a similar price.

Stay was really good , we were there two weeks as a couple so we opted for a one bedroom apartment so we had more rooms but all the studios are really nice and all have a view straight onto the beach and are all frontal so views are fantastic!! , first time ive been in the one bedroom ones and it was a wrap arond balcony so u nearly had a 360 degree view and it was amazing , you wont find a better view coes the stella maris is set more forward and closet to the beach , you can open ur patio doors in morning n just listen to the waves breaking while you still in bed!! The only down side i could think off was some off the paintwork was abit flaking on balcony but purely cosmetic!! Have stayed here about 8 times before and will definitely stay again!!😁

Very noisy and has cockroaches! Left early and booked a hotel nearby. Had room on 5 th floor, wonderful view but lots of road noise and also noise from neighbours on both sides and above. The kitchen area had a cockroach infestation. I suspect if they were in our room they will be elsewhere also.
