Het hotel mist karakter en gezelligheid. De inplanting van het hotel is heel bizar want er is overal inkijk aan het zwembad van verschillende flatgebouwen rondom. De kamers zijn klein met goeie bedden maar slechte hoofdkussens. Er zijn veel te weinig liften waardoor je soms 15 minuten moet staan wachten op een lift. Zwembad is niet verwarmd en natuurlijk veel te koud. De omgeving aan het zwembad is totaal verwaarloosd met op bepaalde dagen in april niets die open was, je moest in de lobby bestellen. Terwijl er zeker 100 gasten aan het zwembad zaten??? Commercieel slecht uitgebaat want er is een poolbar en een burgerbar maar niets open 😩 Ontbijt is goed maar opnieuw missen we een aantal zaken. De warme gerechten zijn altijd koud churros, pannekoekjes… je moet opgeven wanneer je gaat eten tussen 7u en 9u en dan 2de shift vanaf 9u15. Dus nooit eens wat langer slapen zonder te plannen.

Beautifully clean and modern hotel with fantastic food choice at breakfast. Just across the road from a stunning beach and close to shops / restaurants etc. Helpful reception. Able to book a picnic as we were leaving very early and it was exceptional. Wonderful stay, we will be back!

We stayed over Easter weekend, couple. The hotel is gorgeous, the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, all the hotel was very clean at all times. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff in there are superb quickly clearing used plates and turning tables round. The bar is very cheap and is a lovely area to sit in. There was a singer on 3 nights while we were there. The outside patio is lovely in the sun. We didn’t use the pool as it rained all weekend but it looked lovely. Overall a fabulous hotel , would highly recommend it. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Very quiet rooms never heard other residents. There was nothing at all to complain about it was simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The train from the airport is great - the train station immediately outside the airport, takes around 30 minutes. Then a walk of about 15 mins to the hotel.

Felt compelled to write review after such a lovely stay we had junior suite which was lovely had kettle, tea, coffee etc we were given refreshments in mini bar plus crisps and nuts which were complimentary room has robes slippers and bathroom is fully stocked toothbrush shower gel . Everywhere this hotel exceeds expectation rooms are spotless food is great and such great areas to sit and relax .Best of all is the staff a freindly smile nothing too much trouble and we loved every minute of a rainy four days . Thank you occidental Dave and Sam

Very clean and quiet hotel. There is public parking under the hotel, convenient stores in walking distance. A great place to stay with kids too.

Fuengirolan paras hotelli. Olemme reissanneet eri hotelleissa ja apartamentoksissa Fuengirolan alueella yli 10 vuotta ja tämä kokemus on ehdottomasti ollut parhain. Huoneissa ei ollut ollenkaan sisäilmaongelmaa, peitot ja tyynyt olivat ylellisiä, puhumattakaan mahtavasta sängystä! Aamupalabuffet oli myös runsas ja monipuolinen.
