You only need to cross a road to get to the beach. I checked in on December 30th. Although I couldn't go to the sea, I could wear a long sleeve to cope with the weather (I thought it was very cold). The location was perfect. Although we were locked in the elevator, Ctrip's customer service was too friendly (I thought they would be perfunctory) and helped us deal with it in a timely manner despite difficulties in language communication with the hotel! Thank you very much 🙏

Los casi 400 kilómetros que hicimos para llegar allí merecieron la pena. Los establecimientos muy limpios, la habitación amplia, el buffet aunque no es a lo grande tiene mucha calidad y variedad todos los días. Además tiene una ubicación perfecta ya que está cerca de supermercados, farmacias, tiendas de ropa, el club náutico por si quieres hacer alguna actividad. Y sobretodo agradecer al personal tan amable y salaos como dirían ellos que tienen. En especial Mari del restaurante y Carlos el recepcionista. En general el conjunto ha hecho de la estancia un recuerdo inolvidable.

Very nice room. View from balcony is lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the promenade and beach are across the road from the hotel. Location was perfect. We stayed there for almost a month and would go back. Train station is close and the bus stops are not far away either. The hotel will organize excursions to places like Ronda and Granada. Al in all the perfect holiday for us.

Día 13 de Junio/24 jueves, sobre las 9,30 horas, decidí bajar por las escaleras desde el primer piso (restaurante) en vez de usar el ascensor, cual fue mi sorpresa que en vez de bajar por la escalera de los clientes baje -por equivocación- por la escalera de evacuación/emergencia, una vez en la planta baja el empleado de recepción (varón) hacia mi persona de forma irrespetuosa, y repetitiva , falta de empatía, lenguaje corporal digno de reproche, ...... para decirme que por esa escalera no debía de haber bajado. Creo que este tipo de trabajadores con esa PERSONALIDAD no son lo mas adecuados. y menos en este tipo de hotel tan singular Me amargaron mi estancia. Agradecer a la camarera de habitaciones Sra. Monse por su amabilidad y profesionalidad

Ilunion in Fuengirola is one of the best hotels for accessibility to the beach and the promenade. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the promenade is excellent for walking. Excursions can be booked through the hotel too. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Wifi is excellent. Overall one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
