Best Hotels in Fuisse, France

Séjourné le 29/11/2021. Après avoir dormi dans les hôtels voisins du Campanile, 1ère Classe et Ibis Budget, j'ai cette fois jeté mon dévolu sur Mâcon Sud Hôtel. Je commence par les points positifs: accueil sympa, chambre propre et bien aménagée, la salle de bains notamment est très jolie, douche chaude, oreiller confortable, c’est tout à fait bon comme hôtel. Avec en plus une bouilloire et du thé dans la chambre permettant de se faire un petit instant détente. Un bon point aussi pour la TV avec les chaines Canal +. Les points négatifs maintenant: si je ne mets que 4/5 c’est à cause du petit déjeuner, qui semble de qualité au vu des commentaires précédents mais bien trop cher (12.50 € c’est assez énorme), on peut trouver dans les hôtels voisins la même chose pour 6€. Et puis j'ai eu pas mal de souci avec le réseau internet, qui arrêtait pas de couper, difficile de travailler... Petit bémol aussi car entre deux chambres, les lits sont placés côte à côte (c'est à dire que dans la chambre voisine le lit est placé symétriquement par rapport au mur). Et du coup, quand on a un ronfleur comme voisin, comme les murs ne sont pas épais, c’est pas simple pour s'endormir. Il suffirait simplement de mettre tous les lits dans le même sens pour enlever ce petit point négatif.

We arrived at the hotel at night against 3Uhr because we spontaneously decided that we need a few hours of sleep before the journey continues. Unfortunately we received a room that was not cleaned. There were still dirty towels on the floor, waste was lie everywhere, the beds were not made and I would rather not write to the bathroom. Since at this time nobody was at the reception, we tried to call the emergency number. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, we did not reach anyone there. Since the room was so extremely dirty, we decided to sleep in the car. The reception was occupied again against 6Uhr. We explained to the lady (which was very friendly) what happened. She made another copy of my bank data and staff and pledged that the money would be returned to us. I had also contacted the hotel chain afterwards. I was promised to receive the money. Unfortunately, this has been done so far and despite multiple requests! Request has not been made. So I can now make my final review. If the reception is not occupied, you might better consider check-in there twice. The room would have been large enough and for a few hours of sleep too much. However, the price for it is simply too high. The breakfast we saw when we talked to the reception looked OK, but little choice. Parking is available, but it was very narrow, because the parking was very full. The lady at the reception was very friendly, but actually only spoke French. If you don't know French, it could be difficult to communicate.

My wife, daughter and I stopped at this hotel on our way to and from the Costa Dorada in Spain. It's an ideal stopping place as it's very close to the A6 autoroute. There seemed to be plenty of free parking for the 30 or so rooms that the hotel has. The staff are very polite and helpful, especially as our spoken French was quite poor. The rooms are compact, clean and air conditioned. There is free wifi and a tv in the room. The bathroom was tiny but everything worked. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well on both occasions. The breakfast was served in the small dining area (which doubles up as the reception/bar) between 0700 and 0930hrs. It was a self service continental buffet breakfast which was lovely. The bar was open until 2000hrs each evening. In summary I would recommend and we would definitely stay here again should we travel through this area.

Habituellement nous descendons dans les hôtels Campanile mais ce jour là il était complet. Bien que nous avions déjà été déçu par Ibis Budget nous avons néanmoins décidé de donner une nouvelle chance. Cette fois ci était pire que la précédente. L'exiguïté des locaux, le lavabo près de la petite fenêtre car la salle de bains de moins de 1,5m2 WC inclus ne le permettez pas Dans ces conditions nous n'avons pas utilisé Les sanitaires. Tout bénef pour l'établissement. Pour un prix de 93.75 (+cher que campanile) Alors qu habituellement le tarif est env 20 EUR moins cher L'accueil était neutre et le petit dej plutôt chiche Donc très très déçu dans l'ensemble alors fuyez fuyez....

Excellent value for money and service in a friendly atmosphere, between Burgundy, Beaujolais and Rhône. This comfortable hotel is a simple and functional establishment which is surrounded by numerous tourist sites and which displays prices very gently.

My husband and I spent one night here. Check in took a while - one man on the desk - he was quite grumpy and rude. We were given a room on the first floor but it stank of smoke (apparently it is supposed to be a non-smoking hôtel) as well as looking like the bed had been slept in.. So went back down to cue again - eventually given another room. Smaller but quieter - although if you are staying in the week beware of building work going on at the back of the hotel. The shower door did not close so water went on the floor also we were given only two tiny bottles of shower gel (luckily I bought my own). Air con in room smelt horrid and smoky so left window open. Interesting stuffed toilet roll holder from a previous guest?? - not cleaned properly! Difficult to park out front to drop off bags and I recommend you reserve parking at the hotel . We gave breakfast a miss at 13.50euros pp preferring to stop by a local cafe.
