The room was small and had no view of Mount Fuji at all. It felt like I was being ripped off for the cheap price; even the bowl of rice wasn't cheap, it felt like a deceptive tactic. The service was okay. It was just the room that was terrible. Too small, a real disappointment.

The hotel is in a great location, with a view of Mount Fuji from the window. It's also clean!
The middle-aged receptionist was very friendly and even helped us book a taxi. Great!
There's also a large bath for soaking. The only nearby restaurant is at least a 1.4-kilometer walk. Electric bicycles are available for rental.
