服務員態度很好很好，很熱情，雖然酒店的一些設施有點年久失修，還有樓層低會有很多飛蟲，不過這個價格住着也合理。我就覺得老闆服務員都很熱情，人很好。出來旅遊就不講究那麼多了。

該酒店坐落在阜康縣主城區，交通便利，有免費停車位，距離天山天池車程20分鐘，性價比極高，我們是從遼寧自駕前往新疆的，之前和老闆溝通過我們入住會比較晚，入住當天老闆也一直在前台等待我們，為我們辦理所有手續，由於新疆入秋後天氣較冷，老闆還提前為我們打開了房間的空調，讓我們感受到“回家”的温暖，為老闆的細仔的熱情服務點贊。入住當天晚上，我們到路口對面的“新疆丸子湯”吃了些夜宵，感覺這邊的營業時間也會很晚，一大清早還是到對面的蘭州拉麪麪館吃了早餐，住在這個地方真是相當的方便！為我們第二天的天山天池之行書寫了一個温暖舒適的前夜。
