I had a comfortable and homely stay with my family of 5 and their dog. The owner, Taki-san, was very kind and gave me information on local deals, which helped me quickly integrate into the city of Fukui. You will be surprised at the luxurious breakfast that rivals that of a hotel! The bath is small, so if you have a large family, it may be more comfortable to use the hot spring facility, which is about a 10-minute drive away (our family stayed for two nights and used the hot spring facility both nights).

The owner was very friendly and I was happy to be able to bring my pet with me. The breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, it would have been great if the weather had been nice and there had been no heavy rain warning.
