He took the initiative to print out the train timetable for us without us asking ! I was truly impressed!"

"The hotel itself was very nice✨ The staff were also very kind. The only thing that was disappointing was that the plumbing was old and dirty. I'm not a fan of public baths, so I used the bath in my room, but the sink and bathtub drained poorly and it was difficult to flush, and the shower didn't work very well either, which was a bit stressful. Other than that, the room was spacious, and it was very helpful as it's rare to find rooms that are specifically designed for barrier-free access☺️"

"I stayed in a Japanese-style room. The room was clean, the food was delicious, and overall it was a great stay. However, since it was November, the room was a little cold. Also, the light from the hallway came in through the window between my room and the hallway 24 hours a day, making it difficult to sleep, so I think it would have been better if there were curtains on the windows. The food and service were great!"
