I am very impressed with the Hotel Route-Inn Fukui Ekimae. The place is very near the Fukui station. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of international and Japanese cuisine. It's very surprised that the hotel provides kid amenities including the kid book corner. If I have a chance to re-visit Fukui, I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again.

The hotel is super close to the station, about a 3-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel facilities and environment are great, and the staff are very friendly. The large public bath is also very comfortable. Plus, there's free ramen at 9:30 PM!

It was great that it was close to the station! Shampoo and bathrobes are provided, but makeup remover and cream-based amenities are not, so you must bring your own. Disposable slippers are available upon request at the counter! Combs, coffee, and tea are self-service on the first floor; you take as much as you need. I had some refrigerated items at checkout, and I was very happy that they kept them in the refrigerator for me!

The room is not big, public toilets, public bathrooms, many years have not lived in rooms without separate toilets, bathroom baths must be reserved in advance, can be washed for half an hour. Sound insulation is not good, affecting sleep. Nearly 20,000 yen per night on weekends, I feel like I have been a big head, the facilities are old, fortunately it is still clean, maybe it is a cultural difference, it is indeed a different experience.
