Extremely bad experience, if I could give 0/5, I would. This is a serviced apartment without any front desk concierge. You will only be given a PIN code and the room number. Upon keying the PIN code at room 702 as described, there were people already occupying the unit, and we all were shocked beyond belief. (this was 12.30am) We stayed outside the room to call the host for a long 22 minutes (long-distance call), 90% of which they just kept silent in the call, sometimes hearing laughter at our demise. They had no solution for us, as they double-booked us and are fully booked. We had to spend another 3 hours going around hotels on foot/taxi, lugging our heavy luggage, to look for a room that can accommodate the 3 of us. Finally, only at 3.30am were we able to find a hotel with vacancy. I would not even recommend this hotel/apartment to my greatest enemies, for this is too evil to do so even for the people I hate.

I didn't receive an email even 1 hour after check-in time. Fortunately, I contacted Trip.com's customer service center and received the password. The bed was turned off, but it doesn't affect sleeping. Although the details were dirty, my friends who went with me were all satisfied. The wifi is also fast. There is a hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. I liked it because it was wider than I expected. It's a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, and there's a Family Mart and 7-Eleven within a 3-minute walk!

The hotel was good in location and cleanliness, but it was very inconvenient because there was no front desk and there was no Korean interpreter when I called. It would be great to have a front counter and Korean interpreter.

It's a non-face-to-face check-in, but they didn't send the room number and password by e-mail, so I suffered for a long time, and in the end, after chatting with the customer center counselor, I confirmed it. And even though it was consecutive nights, they didn't clean it. For reference, there were only towels for one night.

This place was not clean at all. It was hard to communicate with the hotel staff.

(Japanese Hitachi brand characteristics) If you don't know how to operate it, search for Hitachi heater on the Internet and find a picture of the same remote control. Have to wait a while for hot water 4. The Wi-Fi name and password are written in the room, but they cannot be searched. 5. The location is an 8-minute walk from Hakata Station and it is very convenient to go anywhere. 6. There are utensils, pots, pots, and microwaves for basic cooking. 7. However, even though it was the end of the year, I used a 3-bed room for around 100,000 won. We recommend using it only when making urgent reservations. Also, it is not as clean as other basic hotels, so I recommend it when you are traveling to Fukuoka with friends and just want to sleep cheaply.

The check-in email was a literal translation in English, so it was a little hard to understand, but I was able to check in normally! The room is very clean and spacious! But at that time, I heard a lot of car noise lol I could hear the voice of the person staying next door and the sound of the door, so I thought the walls were thin! I don't know if it's worth the price, but it's clean and close to the station, so I think it's a good place to stay for a long time. I guess it's a waste if you stay for 1 night and 2 days! It was great that there were several convenience stores near the hotel and that Uber was available! I thought I didn't really understand how to check out, but all I had to do was tag it and it worked fine, so I guess it's good! I wish something could be done about the water pressure in the shower being too weak!

The inside of the facility was comfortable and nice.
