Few mins from metro, standard facilities and services, typical room size

Room is clean. Location is 5 - 7 mins away from station. Will be better if breakfast menu can be change everday

It's about 700 meters from Hagata station, each room has a washing machine, I would recommend for a long stay travellers

Excellent location with access to shopping, restaurant and public transport. Price is reasonable

The size of the room is pretty good for solo traveler, plenty of free space to manoeuvre with my luggage fully opened. Washing machine is my favourite part of the room. A convenience store is right next to the hotel. A Chari Chari shared bicycle parking spot is within 2-3 minutes walk, which would allow you to navigate the city with ease especially during night time. The staffs are helpful as well, helped me booked a local restaurant.

Pro: The room is equipped with a washer and dryer. This is good to wash and dry underwear, Average: The room size is acceptable, not too big but not too small and cleanness is good. Service from staff was good. There was a little difficulty to communicate with English, but it was communicable. The breakfast was acceptable, not too fancy but not too poor. The location is a little off from the Hakata Station, but it is walking distance; however, the sidewalk is not well prepared and not well lighted to talk during dark time. Con: There is no regular room service. It says they will charge extra if this service is requested. They do empty the rubbish and change towels only when it is requested. They even do not do this service if it is not requested. There was train track noise. It should be very considerable issue if you are sensitive to noise; however, there was no train track noise during very late night and very early morning. I guess that train do not run during this time.

The hotel room is bigger than expected and there is a wash machine inside the room. And the hotel also provided washing gel! Very clean and stay again!

Accessible location. Clean n cosy room equipped with all facilities. Quiet location while a few min walk to the railway station. Many restaurants n shops nearby.

Decent sized room with a washing machine. Everything was clean and new. Hairdryer was a bit weak and there is noise from the train tracks. If you are a light sleeper you may need to consider that

Around 8 mins walk from AMU EST/ Hankyu Department Store! Very competitive price for a relatively new hotel! Room is good enough for couples to stay with 2 large luggages!

Definitely the hotel chain of my first choice in Japan. After my stay at one of their Tokyo branches, I decided to try it again at Fukuoka. This outlet not only is near the Hakata train station, it is also well equipment with most of the basic amenities a traveller would need. Best of all, it is displayed right at the lobby as a self serve (take as you need). Free coffee is also available at the lobby area beside a vending machine that sells EVIAN water at 140YEN?! Overall, I would highly recommend this place but do prepare an umbrella as like all places in Japan, there are no shelters along the way to the hotel if it rains.

3rd time stay here. Everything is good except railway sound too early to hear when it start services 😅
