Breakfast was included and pretty tasty. It was a small room but it was enough room for my daughter and I. Walking distance to mall, train, and bus terminals and other Japanese and Western amenities.

Just few mins walk from Hakata JR west exit but room facilities and public bath a bit aged. Stayed at 8th floor with flush problems.

Excellent location with a short walk via overhead bridge to the Hakata Station. We received 3 boxes of Japanese curry upon check in. Buffet breakfast was great and started at 6.45am.

It’s just very convenient and efficient to stay here. So I chose to stay here again.

Hotel was right at west 6 exit, very near to Hakata station to access to anywhere, accessibility is great, room are alway consider small in japan but bed was a king size which i consider better than most and an osen right at the basement of the hotel! Convenient store is right downstair which is the best part, access to hakata underground shopping to access to anywhere, Ikkousha la men is nearby, Ichiran at sun-plaza and many other mall or train connected right by the underground shopping. I love it and i will be back!

Location is super, close to Fukuoka JR station. Parking arrangement was pretty good with great services from front-desk. Staff were very pro-active and willing to help through. I supposed to ask for a higher floor and quiet room, but turn out being given with the lowest floor - 2/F : (. This was out of our expectation and I think the hotel/Trip.com should notice us in advance, which was extremely disappointed Quite a boring breakfast with limited choice

It think it’s fine. Clean and comfortable, just a bit old. And it’s close to hataka station

Take the West 13th exit of Hakata Subway Station and cross an overpass to get there. The location is very good. But the hotel is old and the rooms are small, which is a bit depressing. But the good thing is that they provide free breakfast, which is ok. As for the hot spring, there is only one indoor pool, the environment is average, and the things in the hair drying area are not neatly arranged. The hotel needs to continue to improve the service quality.

Great service! When I checked out from Fukuoka to Kumamoto, I found that I forgot to take my makeup bag. I sent an email to the hotel and received a reply very quickly. All the things were returned to me intact. The store is a chain store, and there is also a hot spring. The price-performance ratio is good

Transportation: It is very close to the Shinkansen/subway station/bus station of Hakata Station. Remember to exit the subway from the west exit and take the escalator to the second floor. You can see this hotel next to the Hakata bus station. As long as you find the right exit and location, it will be the same as the feeling of transferring in the subway. Going downstairs will directly lead you to the hotel entrance. It is really tight and you can't get sun or rain. Front desk service: The English at the front desk is average, and you can communicate with translation software. Fukuoka has to pay 200 yen tax per night. I paid 400 yen for two nights. The hotel provides free luggage storage service, which can be stored before the end of the day of your check-out. I checked out at 10 o'clock on the 22nd and took the flight at 18:00. I stored it until 15:00 to pick it up. Room: It is very small, but it has everything, including a smart toilet, bathtub, USB socket (if you don't use three-plug electrical appliances, you don't need to bring a converter at all), rich details, and the room is very clean. Breakfast: Even if you don't order breakfast on Ctrip, the front desk will give you a breakfast coupon when you check in. Traveler Bathhouse: There is a public bathhouse on the underground first floor of the hotel. It was my first time to experience it as a southerner. In the locker room, an old man greeted me very enthusiastically, but unfortunately he couldn't communicate with me in English. I traveled alone, so I thought the room was okay. If I have the opportunity to go to Fukuoka in the future, I will book this hotel again, hehe
