Great hotel with several onsen options. We stayed there for one night. Our room was embedded with opened air bath. Very clean and organized. Staffs were so kind. Dinner was superb with seafood and beef.

Located in a beautiful onsen city, this hotel offers such a relaxing and all-you-need to recharge your body and mind. The luxury dinner provided is indeed very fine!

The lobby has a very elegant Japanese feel, and the staff are all really friendly. The environment is comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner are delicious and plentiful. Overall, it's a hot spring hotel that makes you want to stay for a few more days.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sansuiso. We really enjoyed Hotel facilities, especially food (dinner and breakfast) and welcome drink (Free flow Asahi beer, Costa coffee and other beverages).

Amazing place, with great service.
The onsen is ridiculous many, and right next to river - very beautiful.
Plus breakfast was better than your average large ryokan buffet.
Really enjoyed the small village as well.

I love this hotel due to reception and free shuttle bus. Staff Hotel is nice . Accomodation is excellent. Dinner with kiseki style. Matcha latte at lounge is excellent.
