"The hotel has a great location. The staff were excellent and very helpful with everything, including the itinerary. We were very satisfied. Two of the staff members spoke Mandarin, which made the hotel even more welcoming. The included breakfast and dinner were of high quality and excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot spring water was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance."

"The hotel is located at the highland so the view looking down to the Fukushima city is amazing, esp during the night time. The staff service is very caring too. Every staff always has a smiley face. The room we reserved is a bit dated. However all other facilities in the hotel are very clean, neat l, well decorated and pretty new too. The Onsen areas are clean and modern too. The food is surprisingly tasty. I truly enjoyed my stay."
