I was surprised how clean and new it was inside, maybe it was recently renovated? The staff were all excellent. location is great..located very near to JR station.

Toyoko Inn never fail us. The stay is always comfortable, though the room may not be big, but it is very functional and clean.
The breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly. The location was ideal, with lots of shops around the area.

Although I didn't plan my stay there, it was the day of the fireworks festival. The surrounding buildings obscured the view of the fireworks, but I could see the small fireworks from my room window. It was a lucky location and a lucky room location. My impression was that the guests were mostly sports-minded students participating in a tournament, rather than businessmen. The breakfast buffet was busy at breakfast time, as the students were there at the same time. The staff spoke with a friendly Fukushima accent. It's conveniently close to the station, with a 7-Eleven diagonally across from the hotel, and a car rental service behind. I'd like to stay here again the next time I visit Fukushima.

The hotel is conveniently located near Fukushima Station. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and hygienic, just like other Toyoko Inns, and offer good value for money. The breakfast, though simple, is delicious.

I could hear noise from the next room.
Even though I had a reservation,
it wasn't listed on the reservation checklist (a paper reservation sheet held by staff), so it took a while to check in.
