AAussiePaulaThis getaway was exactly what I wanted. Traditional, immersive, comfortable, accomodating.
The staff came and greeted us in the car park, the dinner and breakfast was amazing, delicious, adventurous. And the onsen on the roof was perfect!
The staff thoroughly explained their processes. I spoke some japanese and they spoke only some english but they were very accomating with us and welcoming.
I would highly recommend and its also not far from town either.
It snowed a little the night we stayed and it was so magical!
We had our own private onsen at our room but the others in the ryokan are even better and available to be private, just lock door when your using.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a high mountain. The hot spring bus is also outside the hotel, which is convenient for getting on and off. The lobby is well decorated with an old-fashioned atmosphere. There is also an all-day bar where you can enjoy free drinks and snacks. The room is not too big, but the air conditioning is sufficient and the TV is a smart TV, so you can watch YouTube in the room! The biggest highlight of this hotel is their outdoor hot spring, which is really unforgettable. The milky white spring water is matched with a large hot spring, which is enough for eight people to enjoy together. In addition, there are shower products in the hot spring, which is very considerate, and each household can enjoy it for 50 minutes. But at this price, the dinner is very ordinary, there is no surprise, and it is presented to guests with very ordinary dishes. Compared with the meals enjoyed in the hot spring hotels I stayed in in the past, there is a bit of a gap. They should improve it.

GGuest UserI stayed here for one night on a holiday. There are several hot spring baths, each with its own unique features, and the water wasn't too hot, so I was able to relax in a long bath. The food was also delicious, and the room was a modern Japanese-style room with a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again.

AAlly2023Service is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. He can speak a bit of English. Room is huge and clean with a private toilet and a kitchen area with a microwave. Surrounding area is very quiet and scenary is very beautiful. Got free parking. Onsen is fantastic too. We can use the onsen one more time even though we have checked out at 10am. Got free coffee. Overall, recommended if you visit Tsuchiyu, Fukushima.

GGuest UserA little bit of a walk away from Iizaka Onsen station if you don’t have a car (around 20 mins), but worth it! The onsen is amazing and definitely get the sake tasting set at the sake bar.

タタルトThe facilities are a bit old impression. The public bath is a bit old, but it was clean and slowly soaked in hot water. I think breakfast is better if there are a little more items. Overall, I think it is good as a hotel to stay on a solo trip.

I went to the front desk to listen to the tavern where I could eat the ground, but it was a pretty good shop.
If you can stay here at this price hotel, there is no reason to reduce 😊.
