Truly amazing place and amazing staff. I don’t think I need to elaborate more. The word amazing is well capturing and I am not sure why this are making me type 200 min characters in order to say the same thing. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND YOU SHOULD STAY THERE :)

From check-in to check-out, absolutely fabulous experience: the staff was wonderful, helpful, always friendly, very engaged in trying to make our experience even better. Our two wonderful GEPA/concierges Jessica and Jizela deserve a lot of praise for coordinating, communicating and helping. Thank you!

New, comfortable, elegant suit. Breath taking views. Fantastic and friendly service, very good location. Room service is quick and have great variety. Very nice pool and facilities. Large and elegant bathrooms. Comfortable bed and furniture.

Absolute care and attention without being intrusive. All of the staff were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the ocean suite room couldn’t have been better, maybe a few less cushions and pillows 😂 We loved the bars and restaurants especially Terreiro enjoyed chatting to the staff The bar staff are professional producing effortless cocktails A special mention for the staff in the Jacaranda we loved you all but especially Juan

¡El mejor hotel de toda la isla! La experiencia no empieza cuando llegas al hotel, empieza desde antes. Cuidan cada detalle minuciosamente y todo es personalizado, supieron exactamente qué es lo que esperaba de mi estadía y dieron no el 100% sino el 1000%. ¡Sin duda alguna volveré a quedarme en The Reserve!

We had a great time at the Reserve. Service was impeccable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the lounge was excellent. Our ocean facing suite was large and very comfortable. The infinity pool on the rooftop had panoramic views of Funchal. We would love to return next time we are in Madeira.

Es war ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Das Hotel hat einen enorm hohen Standard, das Personal ist überaus bemüht und freundlich. Unsere Suite mit Pool war groß, edel, sauber und der Ausblick war umwerfend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber und wunderschön gestaltet. Das Interieur hochwertig und stilvoll. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist vorzüglich, der Service ebenso. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Aufgrund der Größe des Resorts sind die Wege zwar manchmal weit, aber egal wo man ankommt, es lohnt sich immer ;)

Our stay at The Reserve had no weak spots. It exceeded our expectations and we will gladly come back one day. The personnel was very professional and hospitable throughout our whole stay. Every our request was promptly fulfilled. Can only recommend!

Il lusso, la ricercatezza, la bellezza e l’amore che ho ricevuto e vissuto in questa meravigliosa vacanza, non hanno eguali. Ho girato il mondo, ma quello che ho vissuto a the reserve lo porterò sempre nel mio cuore e nella mia anima. È sicuramente un’esperienza da vivere almeno una volta nella vita. Grazie di tutto.
