Локация супер. Но просто заранее предоставить номер с видом на океан, однако, дали вид во двор. Завтраки нормальные. При чек ин не выдали комплиментарный бокал вина, как выдавали всем гостям. Хоть я и приехал поздно, я ожидал бокал-это знак внимания к гостю. Бассейн имеет шикарный вид на Гранд Марину. Также в номере не было даже бутылочки питьевой воды, это тоже непорядок.

Hotel muy limpio, buffet perfecto, nada más llegar nos sirvieron una copa de vino súper amables y si fumas también hay una terraza monísima para sentarte y tomar el aire. Muy recomendado , nos encanto!!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Funchal. Easy access to anywhere in the city. Some road construction near by that limits taxi pick up access, but hotel room is very comfortable, pool is lovely with great view and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff!

This hotel is quite perfect.
Cheap price but it's including breakfast and swimming pool. Breakfast tastes so good so many drinks option.
I guess most of the roon have balcony? And reception staffs were all to sweet and nice.

We arrived and asked for an upgrade. We were told no; it was an additional £10.00 per night. I came down to reception later to hear the receptionist say to a bemused couple “we’ve given you a free upgrade” mmm ? Our room was horrible looking out on a horrible terrace (see photos) and building work, hated it. We asked for a fridge but when it came 4€ a night it hardly made a difference to the water. We asked for them to take it out and were approached by at least 2 re ceptionists questioning us why did we want it removing, trying to Persuade us to Keep it we have up. The. Breakfast was rubbish. Nothing for vegetarians. Vile ahem lavazza coffee from a machine that kept breaking down. Cheap bread. Just vile. I note it’s £145.00 swerve it, it’s horrible. A night !!!!!

The hotel is up a grotty side street. The receptionist said there was no rooms available with a balcony but later I heard her say to someone booking in “I’ve upgraded your room” the couple looked surprised. We asked for a fridge it was an additional 4€ and did not chill our waters - no dial to turn it up. The room - small - old fashioned bathroom. Horrible view. The breakfast was appalling. Nothing hot for vegetarians. Cheap bread. Terrible coffee from a machine that was constantly breaking down. Budget. U
