Friendly staff, great breakfast, loved the gym and sauna area (sauna has to be booked). A little far from Centrum of Funchal, but its just a short taxi or bus ride away 10-15 minutes

Basic rooms. Make sure you upgrade to a sea view in an upper floor and to avoid building work next door you’ll need to make sure you’re on a west facing room. I am on my last night in room 902. To be honest the hotel is a bit of an eyesore on the outside however if you book the right room there is very little to fault it, apart from the stark modern ikea look. Breakfast was very good and I noted the hotel even had a bird of prey to keep the pidgins at bay. The location is excellent but a good 40 minute walk to the harbour, however there were plenty of local restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness was good.

Très bon hôtel pour l'ensemble de ses prestations, bien situé dans Madère (station de taxi et arrêt de bus à deux pas de l'hôtel) et offrant une vue magnifique depuis son roof-top. Personnel prévenant et de bon conseil. Je recommande à 100%

Wir hätten uns keine schönere Unterkunft für unseren Madeira-Urlaub aussuchen können. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, es gab immer einen freien Parkplatz für unseren Mietwagen, unser Zimmer war groß - mit einem tollen Balkon und Meerblick. Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch fantastisch.
