I would recommend this hotel.
Cleanliness.
Stable Wi Fi.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast is ok and costs 8.5 EUR.
The gym is small, although it has all the necessary equipment (a reservation is necessary at the reception).
But.
There was no water a full day commencing morning time, so I was unable even to clean my teeth.
The housekeeper lady just entered my room without knocking in the morning.

Clean and pleasant hotel. The only less pleasant part is the parking card doesn't work and we waste some time, we have to wait for them to open it for us every time we want to park. And they didn't give us the opportunity to exchange our card. We had to accept this inconvenience.

The hotel is in Lido area with plenty of restaurants and small super markets near by. Only 3 mins walk to bus top where can bring you to City Center €1.95 single one way and airport. €5 single one way, €8 return. Walking to City center is about 20-30mins. Only 10mins walk to Forum Madeira shopping mall. Breakfast is good with many choices of fruit, salad, yogurt, ham, eggs, bread, cereals. Indoor, outdoor pool and gym are nice too. We stay in sea and swimming pool view studio with kitchenette. The balcony is wonderful.
Staffs are polite and patient. Only one con, no air conditioning in 31 degrees. Only have a ceiling fan.

The hotel is old and remodeled, so it's good. The room is big, and I'm very satisfied with the refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc. It's an old resort. Breakfast is also in Paris, Nice, France.
One of the best I've been to in Porto, Portugal.
However, the noise is a bit loud when taking the elevator.
It is value for money for the price.

wow best location and great apartment to stay, lot of restaurants around and things to do. studio flat has the best view from the top. staff were friendly and brekafst has some many options to eat. indoor outdoor swimming pool and gym facilities were good to use and free for everyone. recommended and definitely will stay again there.

Tired hotel,needs a bit of TLC , rooms adequate, was a room with kitchenette in , but no plug nearby for kettle , microwave didn’t work. Bathroom where ok was a step in shower over bath, maid comes in and tidies up, balcony seating area,pillows on bed a bit musty and blanket in cupboard smelly.
