Location ways, very convenient. Room was somehow smaller than what it look like on the photos. Congratulations to the Marketing team. Windows need to be fixed. Too noisy from outside. Breakfast was good.

Location was good as is just a 10 min walk to downtown. As a frequent traveler, I don't consider the hotel 5-star rated hotel. It's ok for a 4-star, but not 5. Doesn't meet a 5-star standard in several things. For example, if you are driving, parking is a little bit an hassle as you have to change from one building to another. Breakfast was good but not 5-star breakfast. Lack of warm breakfast dishes and pastries. Windows in the room not sound proof. Woke up severals times during night time as you could hear the noise from the Garbage truck. When you take a shower, leaks water towards the hand sink area. Pillows, not match a 5-star standard either. Was ok, but not great!

Ottima posizione, molto gentili alla Reception, stile hotel moderno ma molto particolare, bella la camera che copriva un'area di 45 mq. con settore bagno con vasca e doccia settore studio e camera con balcone. Iluminazione soft, con tetto artistico illuminato sopra il letto. Pulizia camere eccellente. Problemi: illuminazione notturna pessima, perchè o si accendono quasi tutte le luci o si é al buio, ci vorrebbe una luce solo per la parte dove ci sono i sanitari. Colazione: buona, personale non gentilissimo, ma soprattutto la pulizia è carente, usano lo stesso panno sia per pulire le tovagliette all'americana che il tavolo e le sedie..... Stupendo dove ci sono le piscine sul tetto con bar, ottima veduta di Funchal.

Very well-located and very comfortable hotel in central Funchal. Convenient to waterfront and many restaurants, short walk to old town and fish market. Shopping mall is directly beneath the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, though ultramodern design not my favorite. All staff were helpful. Morning breakfast was great! Rooftop bar with great view. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice stay, great service to f the staff.
The room was very nice and comfortable, and on the other hand very noisy - the glasses needed to be replaced to a double glass to prevent the noise.

Wer im Zentrum von Funchal mit allen Attraktionen wohnen will ist hier richtig. Altstadt, Bus, Taxi, Hafen usw. In Gehdistanz. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Bar und Pool. Grosse Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen
