Great hotel in central location with comfortable room. Immaculately clean everywhere. Lovely rooftop pool, excellent spa facilities with indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast choices and.service were very good with fabulous fruit every day and tasty fresh egg dishes. Didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening. So convenient for all sights, dining and shopping. Would definitely visit again.

Um hotel fantástico com uma localização excelente, muito central. Todo o Staff é simpático e super profissional. Os quartos muito bem equipados e limpos. Restantes equipamentos muito bons ( piscina exteriror, ginásio e SPA ) Sempre que me desloco à Madeira fico neste hotel!!!

Zeer goed gelegen. Het personeel aan de receptie doet heel veel moeite om je te helpen met vragen of het vinden en boeken van een leuke trip. Ook het ontbijt en diner waren uitstekend. Ik had hier door de service echt het gevoel om in een 5 sterren hotel te vertoeven.

Location is excellent. Despite being only a couple blocks from all the restaurants, shops, and bars, the hotel is perfectly located on a quiet side street.
Our included breakfast was among the best I have experienced anywhere. Service was excellent and both the quality and choice of foods was perfect.
The hotel facilities, from the sauna, fitness center, etc. and the rooftop lap pool and whirlpool are wonderful.
Our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite.
This is really a top hotel in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that would be my first choice if visiting Funchal again.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location was convenient for visiting all areas of interest. Breakfast was excellent. Did not eat in restaurant but had a couple of snacks at roof top bar. Lovely room with very comfortable bed. All areas of hotel spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again.

Een hotel met allure. De staff is een geoliede machine. Ze weten hoe het werkt. Gastvrijheid ten top en iedere dag wordt je kamer schoongemaakt, bedden opgemaakt en schone handdoeken. Keurig een badjas met slippers voor t zwembad of de spa. Minibar in je kamer. Alles wordt netjes uitgelegd en de bediening is super aardig. Ik was alleen op reis, maar heb me geen moment alleen gevoeld.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The food and service were 5 star and perfect for our stay . A small boutique , family owned hotel in an excellent location with friendly professional staff who knew how to make you feel welcome. The food was superb and the surroundings and staff made it even more special. I would definitely go again.

We only went for dinner but was the best for quality, service and value we had while visiting Funchal. The whole experience was excellent. Talking to residents they were more than pleased with their stay. If we return we would seriously consider staying here
