L hôtel est superbe. Les chambres et l hôtel sont décorés avec goût. Le service est exceptionnel. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse de toute l équipe. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous revenons à madère sans hésitation. Le restaurant est également délicieux.

Visited Three Tops roof bar before dining at their restaurant on 3rd floor. Absolutely every member of staff we met was so open and friendly that we immediately felt at home. Really great staff! Meal on third floor was simply the best!! Having been fed the usual fare throughout the week , this restaurant excelled and was easily the best and most varied we had all week. Great menu, rooftop bar and open air restaurant, great and interesting staff who have time for you leads me to strongly recommend you don’t miss this jewel!

Un hotel muy especial, con muchos detalles. Muy cómodo, bonito y con una zona de piscina( en la última planta) exceptional. Al llegar, la recepcionista nos hace visitar todo el hotel, increíble. Super bien situado, al lado del mercado. Lo recomendamos.

The service at Three House was exceptional. From the reception, to the Bar and Restaurant staff, nothing was too much trouble. There were little extras like fresh pastries hung in string baskets on the door each morning, lovely bathrobes, car hire sorted out with nothing for me to do but make the payment i’m jump in the vehicle, brilliant restaurant recommendations. The room also was great, really spacious, lots of fancy appliances from Smeg, two huge TVs, comfortable throughout. I stayed a week and felt very much at home. The hotel has a really nice rooftop bar and small pool, but no inside bar or lounge area if the weather is not fine. Highly recommend this place.

This relatively new hotel, situated in the center of Funchal's old town, really understands how to provide maximum comfort to guests! Our lodging is spacious, offers a beautiful view of the hills, and comes with helpful amenities such as complimentary pastries in the morning and self-service water refills. Our only minor complaint is noise from the streets, but the hotel does supply ear plugs! The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Last but not the least, the rooftop bar is worth a visit for its tasty cocktails.

We spent two weeks in the Three House Hotel and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and featured the best parts of a hotel and apartment accommodation with plenty of room like an apartment rental and excellent housekeeping and amenities like a hotel. The rooftop pool, bar and sun deck were great and every interaction we had with their team was extraordinary, from our check in and tour of the hotel to our check out at 2:30am. We loved the location and loved everything about our stay (except for having to leave for the airport at 2:30am!).

Really happy we chose to stay at Three House Hotel. This was a great base for our week in Madeira and centrally located in the heart of Funchal yet an oasis of cool and calm amongst the hustle and bustle. The rooftop pool and bar provides one of the best panoramas in the city and serves great cocktails along with good music including DJ’s and jazz on some evenings. The apartments are clean with modern tasteful decoration and the facilities for self catering if desired. The free underground parking for the rent a car was an added bonus. Like other reviewers have mentioned the staff were all kind and attentive however a special shout out goes to Sidonio who provided some excellent information and who certainly knows his Funchal restaurants. All in all I recommend you stay at Three House Hotel if you are coming to Madeira - I’m already looking for an excuse to come back..!

Three House is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. It is definitely a home away from home. Every single detail has been well thought out. From fresh baked, warm goodies hanging on your door every morning to ice cream in the freezer, to cold filtered water at your disposal, to a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. The rooftop was amazing with the views, the pool, the restaurant and the seating areas. Having the grocery store right across the street was super convenient and we could walk everywhere from Three House. The thing that made the stay the most special though was Miguel. He was incredibly helpful. He organized a rental car for us, taxi transfers to and from the airport and was always there with great advice including restaurants and a driving tour around the island. Can't recommend this hotel more!

Great apartment - roomy, well appointed and clean with excellent facilities. I even made some soup using veg from the local market and their blender in the kitchen. Friendly staff; great location - central and close to amenities; infinity pool up on the roof was amazing. Overall a great place to stay.
