I rented it for one night. the room on the 1st floor had a hammock, very nice. All inclusive was provided nicely.

Very nice team, very nice people at hotel reception, very nice staff. I forgot something in the room when leaving the hotel : the reception quickly organize the post transfer. Thank you again. Thank you for the good week of holiday in your hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a relaxed feel, the staff are friendly and attentive (particular shout out to Beatrix on reception for helping us with a planned hike - even phoning her friend who lived nearby to the hike location to ask for information). The food is plentiful, and the staff work hard to keep the restaurant cleared and resupplied. We’re not food gurus and are pleased to have a straight forward selection of meals on hand every night that doesn’t involve cooking them! The beach front location is a plus, with sunset views every evening. Also space to park the hire car.

Hotel bien placé au bord de l océan ,avec promenade côtière. Les chambres sont bien,literie très bien attention aux personnes qui craignent le bruit des vagues. Le personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner et repas correct mais répétitif . Par contre, côté framissima, à part adélia franchement pas terrible. Personne de fram pour accompagner en car de l'hôtel à l aéroport

The most amazing, hard working, courteous, friendly staff that I have ever experienced in a hotel. Yes this hotel is a bit dated but spotlessly clean, good size pool and great outside seating for drinks and meals looking over the sea. Location was perfect for us, away from the city, the sounds of waves but only 20mins to get into the centre of Funchal by bus (either courtesy bus or no. 2- stops the other side of tunnel). Great value for money, loved being able to take a bottle of wine to our table at dinner. 10 days of relaxation spending time by the pool and seeing the sights. No real gym but if the waves calm you can venture into the sea. Great for sunsets

This hotel is in a beautiful location. The sound of the booming ocean made me realise how small and insignificant I am. To the left of the hotel is a wonderful lido used by locals (payable) that is worthy of a visit, and to the right are several lovely beach bars. It was at these beach bars (amongst other places) that we tended to eat. The food was awful, and there didn’t seem to be any consideration of a full meal plan. In addition, there appeared to be the previous evening’s left over vegetables served for breakfast. Most worryingly however was the amount of time food was left standing. It was only like warm ever, and so incredibly unhygienic. The drinks selection was ok, there was entertainment most nights if that’s your thing, the bus to Funchal was prompt (as was the local bus just through the tunnel). I would not stay here again, but I would stay in this area. Being just outside Funchal was ideal. Take some trips, explore the city, ride the cable car, and then watch the sunset.

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel bien entretenu. Personnel parfait à l'accueil, au bar, à la restauration, pour l'entretien des chambres. La question animation ne nous a pas réellement concernés car nous ne venions pas pour cela dans cet établissement mais les 2 jeunes femmes en charge faisaient bien leur job. L'offre All inclusive pour les boissons et cocktails était très bien. Le seul point qui a péché pour nous est la restauration le soir. Pas varié du tout. La préparation et la présentation des mets ressemblaient plus à une offre de cantine ou resto d'entreprise qu'à un buffet d'hôtel 4 ☆. Situation très pratique pour circuler d'est en ouest, du sud au nord.
