Millennium Hotel Fuqing

It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle.

The environment is great, and the service is excellent. It's not far from the Shizhushan Scenic Area, and there are large shopping malls like Wanda nearby, making it very convenient for getting around.

The room was clean, tidy, and odorless. The hotel environment was neat and elegant. The service was warm and attentive, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and delicious, offering great value for money. Overall, it was a warm and comfortable experience, highly recommended, and I would choose to stay here again.

The facilities are great! The service was mediocre, practically non-existent. I called the front desk several times asking for help in my room, but no one ever showed up, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Recommended! 👍👍👍
