Even in the lobby with the no-smoking-sign, the people are freely smoking here & worst part the staff are not bothered at all. Seems like the culture here is to justify with such behaviour. Nobody speaks english here as well, so prepare your dictionary!"

The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. Leslie, the front desk clerk, even proactively asked about my stay experience during check-out, which was very thoughtful."

The quilt was not washed at all! ! I called the front desk, and the front desk did not deny it. It means that this kind of thing often happens in this hotel! 3-My personal belongings were taken away when the room was cleaned. I called the front desk. After asking the aunt at the front desk, I told me that they did not take them away. I searched the whole room and could not find them. Later, I continued to call the front desk to ask. My tone was not good at that time. The front desk said that the aunt said that she took them away! When I took it back to me, I didn't say sorry: This is yours, right? Just one sentence, and turned around and left! ??? ??? How can this broken hotel be so capable? ??? ??? Our company often stays in this hotel on business trips. OK, I will not come again!"
