All season Fuyao store is awesome! Convenient location, just next to Fuyao factory, simple and elegant decoration, clean and tidy rooms, smart equipment easy to use. The bedding is comfortable and sleeps well all night. The front desk is warm and the service is intimate. Rich breakfast, laundry room, gym. First choice for business trips, highly recommended!

The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

There are quite a lot of people for breakfast during the Chinese New Year. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There is a self-service laundry on the 12th floor, which is convenient for travel. There is no refrigerator in the room, the sound insulation equipment is poor, there are people talking in the corridor at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can hear clearly.
