"Issue 1: Extremely high room temperature – AC does not cool On the very first night of our stay, the room temperature reached 27.5°C. I called guest services multiple times – the first call went unanswered. After calling again, the hotel moved us to another room on a different floor at 1:00 AM. However, the new room had the same issue. We woke up feeling overheated every single morning. Despite further complaints, no effective action was taken. Issue 2: Disappointing hotel explanation – problem persisted On March 28, my wife and I left our two children alone in the room for about 2–3 hours while we went shopping. When we returned, both children had flushed red faces and felt unwell. The room temperature was again 27°C. When we called guest services, we were told: “Because the outdoor temperature is not higher than the indoor temperature, the air conditioning will not turn on. The room’s AC does not actually cool – it only adjusts fan speed.” This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a five-star Hilton. The hotel promised to send an engineer, and after about 30 minutes, the temperature dropped to 24.5°C. But after sleeping through the night, it rose back to 26°C. Tonight (our last night), it is again 26°C. Issue 3: Missing basic amenities On the first night, we found no hair conditioner in the bathroom while washing hair – a basic oversight."

"Absolutely a 5 out of 5 in terms of service, room is super clean. Shower and toilet are spacious. Hotel was quiet with robot delivering food deliveries to the room. Only downside was the air conditioning was not working, it seems like it was turned off for cleaning for the 7 days of my stay. At 27 degrees C, it was unbearablly hot. When issue was raised to the front desk, they immediately provided a fan for the room. Breakfast was reasonable, buffet was filling, but options somewhat limited. Good tasting."
