"The hotel is very close to Wanda Plaza, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room decor features a clean, natural wood style, which feels much cleaner than carpeted rooms. The facilities are well-equipped; you can borrow umbrellas from the concierge on rainy days, and they are super large. Kelly provided excellent service throughout our stay."

Twin room, two customers, a small tomato, a banana, a napkin. I wouldn't have such a big opinion if you made a small plate of fruit, but you used this long plate and packed two fruits. There is still a blank on this plate and nothing is put. What is Omg doing? Is this learning to leave blank?"

"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

The hotel rooms were elegantly decorated, the environment was clean and tranquil, and the location was superb with excellent transportation access, making shopping and getting around very convenient. The rooms were fully smart-equipped, with voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning, giving them a high-tech feel. The biggest surprise was the 24-hour free parking, making it perfect for those driving. The mattresses in the guest rooms were soft and impeccably clean, ensuring a very comfortable rest. The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

I absolutely have to give 'Ming · Shan Shui Shi Guang' a perfect five-star review! As a frequent business traveler, this place perfectly met all my core needs:
Efficiency [Strong]: 3-minute lightning-fast check-in. The room's desk and tea table are combined, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures no lag during video conferences. Electronic invoices are sent to my email instantly upon check-out!
Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds.
Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb!
Fuzhou (Fuqing) Trip.com needs more hotels like this!

The location is fantastic, making travel incredibly convenient. There's a direct airport shuttle, and it's within easy walking distance of Wanda Plaza and the old street. The service attitude was quite good; staff didn't evade issues but resolved them promptly. The facilities and ambiance feel like a 4-star property, and everything appears quite new. They offer a laundry room, gym, card/chess room, and meeting rooms. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Fuqing within the same price range, their breakfast buffet offers the best value for money. It's quite diverse, featuring freshly cooked local dishes like 'Laohua' (a local noodle soup). Overall, considering the price and amenities, this is one of the most value-for-money hotels in the area. It has been operating for decades with a consistently good reputation, and a recent renovation two years ago means everything feels very fresh and modern.

Facilities: Very good 👍 The toilet, shower, and sink are basically separate, which is convenient. The hardware is quite new.
Ambience: The hallway music sounds great at first, and you can really feel the effort put in by the hotel.
Service: Ok. My order included welcome fruit, but I called the front desk and was told I had to pick it up there (I had already changed my clothes). 😂 The standard breakfast was disappointing. The soy milk was watery and had a beany smell, and everything else, except the boiled egg, was just carbohydrates (which was a shame to throw away). There was no option to exclude breakfast from my order. There was also a 300 yuan deposit required upon arrival (which wasn't mentioned on the order). This was the first time I've been asked this on a Ctrip booking. 😄😁 Actually, I feel like the welcome fruit not being delivered to the room is fine, but adding it to the standard breakfast would have been perfect. Everything is new at this newly opened establishment. I wish you continued success!

I asked housekeeping to send some water to the room, and they charged 2 yuan per bottle. I'm not sure if that's reasonable. The payment was made directly to the staff via QR code, and it couldn't be added to the room bill, which I personally found unreasonable.
Breakfast had very limited options, probably because there weren't many guests, but I could grudgingly accept it.

The room has good lighting, and you can greet the sun when you wake up in the morning. The facilities are complete, the bed is quite big and soft, there is no noise at night, and it is very quiet to fall asleep. It is a very satisfactory stay.
