We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

The hotel is located on the 10th to 14th floors of a building; the room is spacious and the bathroom is large, but the bathroom door is higher and the color is the same P3; my family and I almost fell down at first.
