"The service was very professional. My express delivery arrived early, so I contacted the hotel to help sign for it. When I checked in, the front desk kindly reminded me that a package was being held at the concierge desk. The concierge staff member was also thoughtful and delivered both my luggage and the package to my room, which made for a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was very comfortable. Many thanks to Kelly, our housekeeper, for her full-service follow-up. Truly a five-star hotel in Fuqing."

"I was going to Fuqing for an evening dinner. Arriving at the West Railway Station, I had some time to spare, so I booked a hotel on Ctrip to rest. The Tianyue Liya Hotel, a short drive from the station (about ten minutes' drive), was a good choice. It's also conveniently located just over a kilometer from Wanda Plaza, Fuqing's commercial center. The spacious lobby, friendly service, and clean, comfortable rooms ensured a good night's sleep."

"Fuqing is a beautiful place with outstanding people, and choosing Rongqiao Hotel for accommodation is the wisest decision. Although it's rated as a four-star hotel, both its interior and exterior environments are definitely five-star standard. It feels fantastic to be nestled among Fuqing's scenic mountains and waters. The breakfast spread is especially rich, with a wide variety of local specialties. There's also a stunning little garden landscape. The swimming pool is very clean, and the front desk manager is incredibly polite. Due to the large number of guests checking in that day, I couldn't get a higher-floor room. After discussing with Ctrip, they agreed to waive the breakfast fee, and Ctrip's service is truly reliable and trustworthy 👍👍 Will definitely come again!"

The room's desk and tea table are combined, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures no lag during video conferences. Electronic invoices are sent to my email instantly upon check-out! Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds. Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb! Fuzhou (Fuqing) Trip.com needs more hotels like this!"
