The room is old and the food is quite bad in compared with other Onsen ryokan in the same price.. I definitely will not go again and also will not recommend to any friend.

So good! It was much better than the pictures. Our friend recommended this hotel. Food was good, room was bigger than the pictures, and there's balcony to see the view. Will come back for sure!

It was the best facility.
The scenery is wonderful, and the food is delicious.
It's difficult if you don't rent a car, but I would like to go there again.
I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the open-air bath (apparently it's prohibited in winter).

Everything is ok except the toilet is smelly. The jacuzzi bathtub in our bathroom was badly maintained and had a lot of rusty stains on it. The room is big enough for 3 of us but the bed and sofa bed is not comfortable.

厳冬期に訪れました。一週間前はほぼ満室だったとのことでしたが、訪れた時は4〜5組の宿泊客がいるだけでとても静かで落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができました。朝食と夕食も地元の食材を生かした素晴らしい料理で私達の好みにピッタリでした。量もちょうど良く、完食してしまいました。冬の富良野と言えばスキーだと思いますが、今回はスキーはせずガイド付きのスノーシューツアーをやってみました。静かな森に冷たい風が頬に気持ちよく、フワリとした新雪を踏みしめる感触がなんとも言えず、ツアーを堪能しました。最終日のチェックアウト後に着替えの為の部屋を用意して頂いたり、時間外の送迎車を用意して頂いたりとこちらのお願いに対して柔軟に対応して頂いたことに大変感謝しております。

部屋も広く 大浴場も大規模ホテルと違って落ちた感じでとても良かったです。 夕食の量、味とも最高です。 朝食のサラダがとても美味でした。 景色も雪景色の十勝岳が見れてしかも雲海も見れてとても良い休日を過ごしました。マイクロバスで富良野駅までの送迎があり便利です。ただ富良野スキー場からは遠くタクシーで１０分程度かかります。スキー客には難がありますがアフタースキーの温泉や午後のおやつや夕食後のアルコール、つまみ類も無料なので助かりました。
