Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Clubmed is the first and second most convenient hotel in Huamei Resort to go to the ski resort. There is a very frequent shuttle bus to its own ski hall. The ski ticket is included in the room fee, but the ski equipment including helmets, snowboards, and snowshoes are separate. There is a fee, which I knew before I went there, and there is no deception. For ski novices, Clubmed has its own ski hall, and the rental ski equipment is stored according to room number, which is very convenient for use in the next few days. Wild World cannot do this. They rent it on the same day and return it on the same day. Their price is half the price. It just depends on what you need during your vacation. Three meals a day are included, and the taste and variety are pretty good. The main thing is convenience. You don’t have to go to where to eat when it’s time. You can rest or continue skiing after eating. The only thing I have to say is that the dishes are collected too frequently. , you can put a buffer sign on the table. Guests need to collect their plates and put the sign up by themselves, and the aunts and uncles will come and pick it up, otherwise they will be very tired after a meal. The overall feeling is still very good.

The hotel is really good. I like it. I don’t know why there are so few people in such a good hotel. (Their western restaurant is really beautiful, I especially like this architectural style, because we ordered Western food that night, we enjoyed that western restaurant alone! ! !) Miss Amy, the manager of the restaurant, is also very enthusiastic, and the arrangement for us is particularly comfortable 😌 (also introduced us to a lot of local culture) and the food is also very good! ! ! There was a young lady named Jin at the front desk who was also very nice, and she also cut carrots for us to feed the deer! I really like this hotel, who knows, family. Service: The lady at the front desk was very attentive and explained the features and benefits of the hotel very clearly. Environment: It’s true that the snow scenery in the hotel is beautiful. You can see Changbai Mountain from the mountain view room. The water temperature in the Internet celebrity bathing pool is very warm. It feels good to soak in the hot spring in the snow (but this hot spring is not natural) Facilities: The bath water is relatively small, and the hottest setting is not very hot; the toilet does not have electric heating, which is quite old for a hotel of this level, and there was some odor in the toilet when I checked in. I had to wake up the next day. The room was a bit smelly. I really recommend that the hotel upgrade the toilet so that guests can have a better stay experience. The breakfast options are quite rich, and many snacks and staple foods are sugar-free, which is very satisfying.

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

Of course, if you want to go to a larger town ski center, the hotel has a free shuttle bus every half an hour. , very convenient. Comparatively speaking, if you are a novice, it is better to have fewer people in Guosong. 2️⃣The hotel facilities are quite satisfactory, it is a star-rated hotel, all non-smoking. If you smoke, be sure to smoke at the door. One-stop service, the professional consultant Manager Liu is also very enthusiastic. He will inform you in time when the Western Slope Rafting and Tianchi are open, and you can find a car in a timely manner. 3️⃣The most cost-effective hotel in the resort. You can walk to Guosong Village to eat barbecue. Free skiing tickets for two adults and one child, and free tickets for two people to Halla Mountain Hot Spring. There are too many hot springs during the Spring Festival and winter, so it’s best to avoid this time! 4️⃣I am very satisfied with this trip. It was very convenient to stay during the Spring Festival!
