"At the end of September, I traveled to Changbaishan with my child, and without any hesitation, I chose Wanda Realm. It turned out to be the right decision—I was satisfied with every aspect! Before departure, a staff member named 7Xi called to brief me on the weather and other useful tips, and added me on WeChat. Throughout my stay and even before check-in, she promptly answered all my trivial questions. Not only did she upgrade us to a room with a direct view of the lawn, but she also upgraded our breakfast to the Executive Lounge and gave us a small gift. She was exceptionally patient, and I am very grateful to her! The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to access all the resort activities and privileges. During the two days we couldn't visit the West Slope, we made full use of all the included perks. Overall, it offers great value for money. Although the rooms are not brand new, they are kept clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. I personally found the condition of the room to be completely acceptable. I hope I have the chance to stay here again in the future!"

"Extremely close to Chixi Distribution Center, less than a ten-minute walk away. It's very clean, and the rooms are spacious. The self-serve coffee is aromatic and mellow. But the most important thing is! The breakfast is absolutely delicious!!! The mini fried dough sticks are especially tasty! The mini wontons are also incredibly good! The restaurant is large, and the fried eggs with runny yolks are just fantastic!"

"The Hyatt is located right within the Wanda Changbaishan scenic area, surrounded by many other hotels. It's directly across from Wanda Jinhua. Overall, my experience was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and attentive during my stay. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time. While the room itself wasn't particularly new, Tina's service during our stay was exceptionally thoughtful and caring. Tina's service was truly amazing!"

"The experience at Sheraton Changbaishan Wanda was fantastic! The hotel is ideally located right within the resort area, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the mountain view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It's a perfect choice for families traveling with children. The overall resort feel was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changbaishan."

"Huge thanks to the Swissôtel staff for making our Changbaishan trip end on such a perfect note. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and helped us with all our questions, making our three-day, two-night stay truly relaxing. My favorite part was the complimentary hot springs access – the environment was wonderful and so comfortable! The glass net bridge over the Songhua River was also impressive, and crossing the river with my husband was an unforgettable experience. Huamei Shengdi truly lives up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Northeast China.' On our last day, we got some fantastic photos at the hotel, taking home beautiful memories. We'll definitely be back!"

"We originally booked the Wanda Sheraton but switched here, and I'm so glad we came to the Hollic Resort! It’s an absolute dream for parents with kids! The complimentary attractions had zero lines—so much less crowded than Wanda. The hot springs were very relaxing, and the room even had a washer with a dryer function! Fellow parents know what a lifesaver that is! The surroundings were lovely, and even though the weather turned cold and rainy, the room stayed perfectly cozy thanks to the underfloor heating. Breakfast was just okay—good enough to fill you up, definitely average—but as long as the kid had a blast, I’m happy! Light sleepers beware, though: the mattress is quite soft. Not sure if flipping it over would make it any firmer. Lastly, a special shout-out to the lovely front desk lady with the big eyes for her prompt and attentive service!"

"An absolutely fantastic stay! I had originally booked a twin room, but the kind front desk lady upgraded me for free to a family suite, saying the bed would be bigger. She even made sure I was on the sunny side, which was wonderfully bright and comfortable. The front desk staff were also very patient and helpful with all my questions. The accommodation itself was excellent, very clean, and the amenities were complete. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a two or three-minute walk from the Chixi Distribution Center. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Changbai Mountain!"
