MM25616****I searched around the resort for hotels, and all the twin beds were only 1.2m wide, while king beds were 1.8m. This place, however, has a 'kang' (heated brick bed), which is big enough and not at all cramped, making it perfect for families with kids! Although the hotel isn't near the commercial street, the shuttle service is quick, and in the evening, you can ask the front desk to help call a car, so it's still very convenient. However, the room doesn't have a proper table or chairs, only a small table on the 'kang', which isn't very practical.

__WeChat268104****Location: Needless to say, it's very close to the ski resort, with a shuttle bus service every ten minutes. It's also very near the entertainment plaza, which is excellent.
Facilities: Surprisingly good! The room was spacious, and the wooden-style furniture was very comfortable. What really exceeded expectations was the inclusion of a microwave, induction hob, and washing machine!
Service: The front desk service was on point. The lobby staff, especially those at the entrance, were very attentive. Besides greeting guests, opening doors, and helping with luggage, they even assisted with snow removal for vehicles, which deserves a big thumbs up! Additionally, the welcome drinks were a thoughtful touch. While a few cans of drinks aren't worth much, such gestures really enhance the experience, especially after skiing and soaking in the hot springs – a cold drink is just what you need!
Breakfast: The buffet offered a wide selection, and there were no issues other than having to walk outdoors for five or six minutes.
Benefits: The skiing benefits are a core competitive advantage. The hot springs are great, and the other included activities are a nice bonus. Overall, very good.
In summary, I highly recommend this place and would choose it again for my next visit.
Suggestions: Upgrading the TV's casting capabilities would be great. Also, perhaps consider enhancing the lobby's aroma diffuser and sound system.

GGuest UserOverall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value.
What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way.

__yt18160****I chose the MGallery out of many hotels specifically for the view. When I first entered the room, I was a bit disappointed because more than half of the view in front of the window was obstructed. However, the longer I stayed, the more comfortable it became. The room was warm and cozy, with a logical layout, and the decor was exquisite and stylish. The best part is that the hotel is located on a mountain, offering stunning panoramic views of the Changbai colorful forest. The viewing experience from the top-floor bar was absolutely superb, completely undisturbed. Breakfast was a major highlight, with a subtly luxurious style – milk, cheese, Swiss rolls, etc., all tasted absolutely top-notch. Enjoying a delicious breakfast while immersed in such beautiful scenery is truly the best experience MGallery offers. Of course, some downsides of being on a mountain are hard to avoid, such as a few too many insects in the room. Also, since it was the off-season and there were fewer guests, the hotel's hot spring pools were temporarily closed, which was a real shame.

__WeChat274718****Park Hyatt's facilities are undoubtedly top-notch, probably the best in the entire Changbai Mountain area (I hope they'll improve by installing bidets next time!). However, to be honest, after transferring from the Crowne Plaza on the North Slope to the Park Hyatt on the West Slope, we clearly felt that while Crowne Plaza's facilities, including the restaurant food, weren't as good as Park Hyatt's, their service was definitely superior! Before our stay at Crowne Plaza, a butler had already created a group chat, posting daily weather and scenic area updates, and constantly asking about our needs. Park Hyatt, on the other hand, had none of that! Perhaps due to being fully booked and extremely popular, there was a noticeable shortage of staff: 1. The day we went to the hot springs, we walked up and down the corridors searching and waited for another 10 minutes, but couldn't find a single staff member; 2. The welcome fruit for our check-in night wasn't delivered until we inquired about it the next day; 3. The main building room we were promised during booking wasn't assigned, so we had to walk a long distance in the cold with our child every time! The concierge staff, however, deserve praise!

Having just checked out from the momo hotel, I couldn't resist writing this letter of thanks. This is also the first time I've genuinely wanted to write a letter of commendation! This stay far exceeded my expectations, making me truly understand what ”a home away from home” feels like – and this is all thanks to the dedication of the management and all team members.
From the warm smiles of the front desk staff during check-in to the thoughtfully prepared bunny details in the room; the various decorations and ornaments in the elevator corridors, and the patient assistance with my inquiries, whether early in the morning or late at night... every single aspect showed professionalism and genuine care. What touched me most was how quickly and efficiently my questions were answered whenever I reached out, and how they promptly resolved any issues, even carefully asking if there was anything else that needed adjustment. Traveling with a child had given me some reservations, but to my pleasant surprise, from the moment we stepped into the hotel, Chen from the concierge team provided full support. He proactively helped with our luggage and even went out of his way to recommend local attractions. Their attention to detail and care made the entire trip feel incredibly warm and welcoming. They truly are the 'heartwarming face' of the hotel!

Hha-cqThe location of Hyatt Regency Changbaishan is truly exceptional. You can directly access the commercial street from the hotel's back entrance, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The view from the hotel rooms is also stunning, making you feel as if you're in a charming Nordic town. The hotel has its own ski rental shop, which makes renting equipment very easy. A special thanks to Alisa, the duty manager at the front desk, for her thoughtful arrangements; I was extremely satisfied with the room. I will definitely be back next ski season.

1110250****Booking with a platform pre-sale voucher was quite a good deal. I consulted with the front desk in advance about changing a king-size bed room to a twin room. After confirming availability, I extended my stay for two more nights, which included breakfast for two and some paid activities.
The location of Tianyu is very convenient for tourists visiting the West Slope. Baiqi Station is just a 5-minute walk away. During the off-season, there aren't many tourists on the West Slope, so buses usually depart when full or every twenty minutes. This is much better than the North Slope, where you can only enter during your booked time slot. The room is said to have been renovated; the curtains felt new. The smart toilet seat didn't quite fit the toilet properly at first; the lid wouldn't stay up and kept falling down. I had a technician adjust the position and spacing, and it finally stayed upright. The bathroom is super large, with a double vanity in the dry area and a wardrobe (there's also one at the entrance for luggage and coats). It also has a large bathtub and a separate shower.
Tianyu is very suitable for families with young children, offering both indoor and outdoor animal interactions. We adults also found the corn playground quite fun. You use small machines to shell corn kernels from a pile of dried corn, and then transport them with a hand-cranked conveyor belt. Playing with a pile of dry corn kernels is cleaner than playing with sand, and it also gives your feet a nice massage. We had breakfast for three days straight; there wasn't much variety, but the soy milk, fried dough sticks, and blueberry jam are not to be missed. The bottled water in the room is Nongfu Spring, while in the restaurant and lobby, it's Quanyang Spring, both sourced from Changbai Mountain – perfect for drinking your fill. Before leaving, I also booked a travel photo shoot. They offer 5 retouched photos for each night stayed, so we negotiated 15 retouched photos in total for our three-night stay. The photographer was skilled, and my best friend and I had a great time taking pictures on the hotel's outdoor wooden boardwalk and flower fields. It was effortless to pick out our favorites. There's only one indoor hot spring pool available. Soaking in it after climbing the 1442 steps of the West Slope was really soothing. The swimming pool was closed, and I guess the four or five outdoor hot spring pools will only open during the peak winter season.
Changbai Mountain West Station opened on September 28th, and the hotel provides free shuttle service, making the 30-minute journey much more convenient. It will also make transferring between the North and West Slopes much easier in the future (no more two-hour bus rides!).
We were incredibly fortunate that both the North and West Slopes were open during our short stay in Changbai Mountain (Tianchi Scenic Area was closed on the days before and after our visit). Tianchi graciously revealed its serene and profound beauty to us. The autumn colors of Changbai Mountain were mesmerizing. So grateful! 🥰

Everything is very complete, including toiletries, sockets, TVs, clothes hangers, curtains, etc. Toothbrushes and toothpastes are very environmentally friendly and hygienic and are disposable. The lights also have soft lights and lighting. The towels and bath towels are also very clean, and the safety measures are also in place. Each room is equipped with safety measures and air conditioning. I am afraid of the heat in winter and the cold in summer, so I feel very comfortable here. The scenery outside the window is also very good, and I feel that I have been upgraded to a new level instantly. The room is also very clean, things are arranged very neatly and have a sense of hierarchy.
