YYouxiandebaiyunThe hotel environment was very cozy, and the room was quite spacious. The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. Thank you all for your care and attention; a big thumbs up to the hotel! 👍

MM227109****Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

The Wanda Realm Changbaishan is an excellent choice within the resort area, particularly for its ski-friendly features and outstanding value for money. The hotel is centrally located within the Wanda Resort, with the ski slopes just a short walk away. Its back exit from the restaurant leads directly to the Haidongqing Ski Service Center, meaning no long queues for ski rentals or returns. The equipment is relatively new, and the flow is smooth, which is great for both beginners and advanced skiers. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient.
The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. There's also a NITRO co-branded floor with distinct ski elements, which younger guests will appreciate. Amenities include a gym and self-service laundry. The front desk service is responsive, and the staff are warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues. The overall service is thoughtful.
The 'Yue' Restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast, combining Chinese and Western options with plenty of hot food to refuel after skiing. For other meals, you can order authentic Northeastern specialty dishes, which are delicious and offer good value. Packages often include ski passes, hot springs, and water park access, making it a very cost-effective option for a one-stop vacation.
On the downside, the rooms aren't particularly large, so multiple pieces of luggage might feel a bit cramped. Also, the resort's shuttle bus schedule is fixed, and you might have to wait during peak hours. Overall, these minor drawbacks don't detract from the experience. The location, convenience for skiing, service, and value for money are all exceptional. It's a foolproof choice for a winter vacation in Changbaishan, highly recommended for skiers, families, and leisure travelers.

TTangbutiandexiaowuI was pretty satisfied with the check-in process. Right at the airport exit, you can spot the Wanda Resort shuttle staff, and the bus is conveniently located nearby in the parking lot. Upon arriving at the MoMo Hotel, you need to download a WeChat mini-program to access the resort's perks. The ski passes for the ski benefits can be obtained right at the entrance, no need to go to the ski town (which gets very crowded). Around the ski town, there are many restaurants (where they usually offer free rides back to the hotel with your purchase) and supermarkets (prices are generally double the normal rate). There's an internal shuttle bus that runs every half hour to all the attractions. Dining and entertainment are pretty much confined to the resort itself; outside, it's quite barren, not as developed as the North Slope area.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

FffstarThe room was great, exceeding our expectations. We, two adults and one child, had a wonderful stay. The service was also very good, and ski equipment rental was super convenient, with lots of free perks to enjoy.
The only minor improvements I'd suggest are regarding the breakfast staff's attentiveness and if the hotel could arrange more ski instructors for guests. We stayed for four days and still couldn't book a lesson.
Otherwise, everything was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserDuring my stay, I was fortunate to experience the excellent service of concierge Xiao Chen. From the moment I arrived, he helped with my luggage and guided me through check-in. He patiently answered my daily inquiries and meticulously planned my travel routes. His professionalism and thoughtfulness were evident in every detail. Xiao Chen was warm, humble, and incredibly efficient in responding to requests. He consistently anticipated guest needs and provided thoughtful solutions, making my trip feel so much warmer and more comfortable with his attentive service. He truly deserves high praise!

1110112****How to say it, it is not completely bad. Changbai Mountain in the off-season. The hotel is on the west slope, close to the visitor center. If you play the west slope, the location is OK, but the west slope is basically invisible on the day of the trip, so I don’t know if the price of more than 400 is expensive and cheap, but no matter how expensive and cheap, All aspects can be said to be a little bit worse, although they are also working hard, but it is so bad from the professionalism and goodwill.
Facilities: The whole is OK, but the toilet is still regular. For a hotel that just opened this year, it is almost the same, especially in the northeast. Smart toilets are not more friendly in winter.
Service: It’s not bad, but there is a power outage on the day of check-in. Every time I tell the front desk, I also let the maintenance staff come. In addition to the problem of power supply on the day, it is also because the power card will be unplugged after leaving the room, so that when you return to the room, you have to let the maintenance staff come and get it again. But since many rooms have this happened that day, can't you think of giving an extra power card? It's completely separate from each department, there is no overall state
Said that there are hot springs, there are 5 pools in total, and I found that 3 of them were not open. Although 2 bubbles were soaked, isn't this the price discount? And no service staff said in advance, I think the off-season should be right.
Breakfast is not matched by the so-called 4 star price, not as rich as Liyi Hotel, although eating is enough, but it is not true.

XXinglongzhangfeiThis was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and we chose to stay in these cabins for our first night. The weather has been warm these past few days, and it's a bit remote here, so the snow is pristine. It was my child's first time seeing so much snow, and they could play right outside the cabin door while the adults relaxed inside. If you like peace and quiet and getting away from it all, you might enjoy this. There are also some small attractions nearby to explore, and the little dogs and cats add a charming, rustic touch. Afterwards, we went skiing at the Luneng Resort Hotel, but the snow play there wasn't as clean as it was here.
Of course, the accommodation isn't as luxurious as a resort hotel, so if you're particularly picky, this might not be for you. It really depends on what you prioritize; this place is all about the ambiance. For dining, there's only one iron pot stew restaurant right outside, which is decent. If you're staying for multiple nights, you won't have much variety for food. Overall, I'd say it's a good idea to combine a stay here with a resort hotel to experience different vibes. My child really loved it.
