Fusong Hotels with Balcony

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the Wanda Resort, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and beautiful scenery. The owner is incredibly welcoming, always smiling with a warm, honest expression. Their travel itinerary suggestions are exceptionally professional; they planned our three-day trip perfectly, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed or tired. It truly felt like coming home, and it significantly improved my impression of Northeast China. Definitely a full-mark recommendation!

The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

We stayed at Holik for 6 nights and it was fantastic! We wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, this room type was fully booked, so we had to move to Wanda. Even though we were in a two-bedroom suite at Wanda, we still missed the spacious and bright two-bedroom at Holik. What's amazing is that among the three hotels in two different resorts in Changbai Mountain that my kids stayed at this time, their favorite was Holik, which also happened to be the best value for money. + The suite comes with a Siemens washer-dryer, which is super convenient, and housekeeping provides plenty of laundry detergent. + The twin beds can be combined to form a super large bed, and the room attendant was very enthusiastic. + The front desk staff were incredibly patient. They helped me plan routes within the resort, arranged for us to check in as quickly as possible, assisted us with booking and chasing cars for our outings, and patiently answered all sorts of questions from my elderly parents. + Wang Bingzhu, the Guest Services Manager, proactively sent me the resort's schedule, reminded me of specific activity locations, quickly answered all my questions, and patiently checked for availability to extend our stay multiple times, though unfortunately, there was never a room available. 😂 + The room has an abundance of power outlets and USB ports in both bedrooms and the living room, which is very convenient. + The desk area is equipped with ceiling spotlights and a desk lamp.

Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

Choosing the Panaroma Hotel for this trip was definitely the right decision! The views are absolutely stunning, arguably the best in the area, and we loved the outdoor hot spring baths. Soaking in the outdoor bath surrounded by snow was an absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is also very kind and welcoming to the local cats, especially the big orange tabby. If you happen to see him, be sure to say hello! A special shout-out to Coco for being so warm and attentive; her service was outstanding! We felt right at home. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for visiting the South Slope the next day. The room was clean and tidy, and we could easily access the hot springs downstairs. The hot spring water was clear and sparkling, very comfortable. Dining at the restaurant downstairs was also very convenient. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room facilities here are much better than at the Hyatt, even though both hotels are from the same period. The facilities here must have been updated and are of higher quality. The TV is also larger, and the overall feel is more refined. Most importantly, the food is delicious 😋! My kids absolutely loved it. For breakfast, you can order à la carte, and the beef congee, beef pancakes, and Swiss yogurt were all very tasty and exquisitely prepared. The environment is quieter here, making it more suitable for those who prefer peace and quiet. In terms of service, there's a shuttle bus available, as the location is a bit out of the way, not in the town center, which contributes to the quiet atmosphere. I made a last-minute change to this hotel, and my booking wasn't updated promptly, but Joy at the front desk patiently helped us confirm everything. I really appreciate the thoughtful service. In summary, while the location isn't ideal, the environment and facilities are better, the service is excellent, and the food is the best.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang.

Room: We booked a double room, and the front desk manager kindly upgraded us to a mountain view room for free. Opening the balcony door, we had a fantastic view of the Wanda resort amusement park. We were a group of three adults and one child, and they even provided an extra bed and breakfast free of charge. This grand hotel truly lives up to its reputation; the service is outstanding. Facilities: The hotel's decor is very stylish, with a Nordic design. The soundproofing is excellent too. I usually have trouble sleeping, but here I slept soundly all night, which I really appreciated. Environment: Visiting in summer, with the green grass and trees, being surrounded by nature was very refreshing. Transportation: The hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport, high-speed rail station, and Tianchi Scenic Area, making getting around incredibly convenient. Dining: The hotel has direct access to a commercial street from its B1 level, which is very handy. The hotel's breakfast buffet was decent. During our stay, we also tried the ginseng chicken soup set meal at the hotel's Chinese restaurant; the portions were generous, the ingredients fresh, and the ambiance was good. Looking forward to visiting Changbai Mountain again in winter and will definitely stay at Hyatt Hotel!
