Facilities: There's a big lawn and yard, 5 kittens, and the whole B&B is extremely clean, cozy, and romantic. Every night there's a bonfire party, which the kids absolutely loved. I slept really well for several nights here; the soundproofing is excellent, the room has a humidifier, and the temperature is just right. During the day, an auntie would open the windows to air out the room. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite. They helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived and enthusiastically introduced the B&B. When ordering food, there was no upselling; they simply recommended portions based on the number of people to avoid waste. They responded to WeChat messages instantly at any time. In the evenings, they prepared warm milk for the children and brown sugar ginger tea for the adults to ward off the cold. Knowing we had an early morning train, they prepared portable packaged milk, bread, ham sausages, and takeaway hot milk and coffee in advance. The B&B's own business car driver arrived earlier than scheduled and dropped us off at a place where we could avoid the rain, even carrying our luggage up a high set of steps for us in the rain.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the Wanda Resort, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and beautiful scenery. The owner is incredibly welcoming, always smiling with a warm, honest expression. Their travel itinerary suggestions are exceptionally professional; they planned our three-day trip perfectly, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed or tired. It truly felt like coming home, and it significantly improved my impression of Northeast China. Definitely a full-mark recommendation!

The room was small, but clean, and the landlady was very welcoming, even picking us up from the high-speed rail station. A common issue with most guesthouses is poor soundproofing, so remember to bring earplugs if you're staying in one. For the price, I was surprised to find air conditioning. Aside from the drain being a bit slow, the room was fine for an overnight stay. However, besides basic toiletries, they didn't provide bottled water, tissues, toilet paper, or a hairdryer. You might be able to ask the landlady for these; I only borrowed a hairdryer.

My flight landed in Changbai Mountain at 11:15 PM, and I had tickets for the West Slope at 7:30 AM the next day. After much deliberation, I chose the Blue River Hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. It saved me both travel time and distance, and I had a comfortable and safe stay. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right at the old West Slope entrance. This saved me the trip from Wanda or the town to the main entrance, and then to the old entrance. From the old entrance, you just take a shuttle bus into the West Slope scenic area, and it drops you right at the base of Tianchi Lake. The hotel lobby is incredibly spacious, parking is convenient, the rooms are well-equipped, and they even provide complimentary welcome fruit. Breakfast starts promptly at 7 AM, with a good variety of options. The taste was decent, and I even snuck out two steamed buns to eat on the mountain 😂. I highly recommend the peach juice; the peaches 🍑 from Changbai Mountain are incredibly appealing. The front desk staff were so polite I almost felt embarrassed 😅. When I checked in, they recognized my name from a distance. The next day, as I left, they reminded me to take my umbrella. And when I returned in the afternoon to collect my luggage after exploring, they gave me more fruit and water, and kept asking if there was anything they could have done better. In summary, while the facilities might be a bit older, their shortcomings don't overshadow the positives. I highly recommend this hotel 🏨 to anyone following a similar itinerary as mine.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

We were given a honeymoon suite. Very big and nicely decorated. However, the water in the shower cubicle did not drain well. Also, some leaking from the basin. We arrange an early morning taxi journey to Changbaishan north slope and the hotel owner requested the cook to cook something for us early in the morning before the official breakfast time. An older, upscale hotel with facilities and a layout that were top-notch in its time. While the hotel may be older, the service is still excellent! I really liked the butler online service; it's a much better experience than a budget hotel. Our family of three had a very spacious and comfortable stay! It's dry in Changbai Mountain this season, and they thoughtfully provided plenty of water! We really needed it! I haven't drunk this much water in a long time!

This summer vacation to Changbai Mountain was a blast for our group of six! The hotel's location is excellent, and the natural surroundings are superb. Concierge Xiao Chen provided fantastic service; she was warm and polite. Whether it was helping with luggage, offering travel advice, or assisting with small daily needs, she handled everything perfectly and with great efficiency. Her service was patient and professional throughout our stay, making our visit incredibly convenient. We're very satisfied and highly recommend it.

I stayed in a family room with two large, two small and four people and three beds. It was not crowded at all. The room was not big and well-equipped. The boss was super nice and they also provided meals downstairs. It was very convenient. I will stay here again when I go to Changbai Mountain. The price/performance ratio is very high. It is not far from the scenic spots and hot springs. It only takes a few minutes to drive there. It is recommended to go here by car. Taking a taxi is not easy, but many attractions provide pick-up and drop-off services. Just contact us in advance! Welcome everyone to visit Changbai Mountain in Jilin, where you can enjoy beautiful scenery in all seasons! People are also very enthusiastic! Forget about taking photos of the room, send a few pictures of the view.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from the station. It's extremely close to the West Scenic Area distribution center; if you want to get into the scenic area early, this is the place to go. The hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. There's a food street downstairs, and any place you pick up is acceptable. You can also take a 10 RMB shuttle bus to town for food. The only downside is the breakfast; it's really not very good, and there aren't many suitable breakfast restaurants nearby. It's mainly just for getting by. They also gave us music festival tickets, which we experienced with our child, and it was great. Overall, we were very satisfied.
