MM227109****Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

11308768****I booked tickets for the South Slope, and thought staying here would be convenient. The hotel was excellent, truly great value for money. I was traveling with my parents and children, and we had two rooms in total. My standard room was upgraded to a family room. We had been staying in a guesthouse for two days while sightseeing, so we really needed a good hotel to properly rest. A big hotel is just so much more comfortable and reassuring; it was clean and hygienic, the hot springs were nice, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Before booking, I called to inquire about the distance and travel time to the South Scenic Area, and they patiently answered all my questions and even offered travel advice.

MM59473****The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from the station.
It's extremely close to the West Scenic Area distribution center; if you want to get into the scenic area early, this is the place to go.
The hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. There's a food street downstairs, and any place you pick up is acceptable. You can also take a 10 RMB shuttle bus to town for food.
The only downside is the breakfast; it's really not very good, and there aren't many suitable breakfast restaurants nearby. It's mainly just for getting by.
They also gave us music festival tickets, which we experienced with our child, and it was great.
Overall, we were very satisfied.

GGuest UserI had high hopes for Wanda's hotels, but I was quite disappointed. There was a power outage the night I checked in, which wasn't really the hotel's fault. However, the service was lacking. When I asked them to change the bed because it was wet, the staff used the power outage as an excuse and were slow to arrive. My child couldn't sleep until 10 pm, and they didn't bring water. Was it all because of the power outage? When the power came back on, a staff member came, constantly complaining that he was the only one on the floor and couldn't handle everything. Was that the customer's responsibility? Our room rate had increased, and they expected us to understand and make do with the lack of staff? We didn't understand; we changed the sheets and blankets ourselves. Is this what Wanda's hotels are like? The breakfast the next day was even more bizarre—nothing at all (see picture). It was worse than a Home Inn breakfast. The fruit section only had half a bowl of oranges. If they can't afford it, they can just not put it out or not serve breakfast. Don't debase yourselves! Breakfast was extended to 10 am; I don't know what they're supposed to serve! I sincerely do not recommend staying at this hotel!
