"This guesthouse is very close to the West Scenic Area of Changbai Mountain. We went to Tianchi Lake and the canyon forest in the morning, and soaked in the hot springs in the evening – it was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. The owner also recommended local restaurants; she was incredibly kind and helped us find nearby attractions and food in advance. Since we usually live in the south and are a bit sensitive to the cold, the guesthouse even brought us hot water bottles in the evening, making us feel like we were staying with relatives. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the smart devices were very convenient. Compared to other chain hotels, this place was much more spacious and comfortable!"

"The suite was perfect for a family with kids; the sofa could be made into a comfortable bed for one person. The hotel shuttle to the ski resort ran every 10 minutes, and the front desk helped us arrange a coach and rent ski clothes, which was very convenient. We participated in many hotel activities, and the hiking one was excellent!"

MM44301****Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries.
Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed.
Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic.
Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

AAnonymous UserWe originally planned to stay for just 3 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 6 — and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hospitality from the manager, Mr Zhang Meng Xu.
Zhang was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really made the difference was how he took the time to introduce us to many attractions, activities, foods, and interesting things to do around the area. His recommendations made the trip far more enjoyable and helped us discover places, foods we probably would have missed otherwise.
Because of his helpful guidance and the welcoming atmosphere, extending our stay felt like an easy decision. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended

AAnonymous UserGetting this price during the National Day holiday is really a great deal, especially for family trips. The room is very spacious and has no strange smells. The hotel offers a lot of facilities for kids. We spent basically four out of four days at the hotel, except for one day when we went to Xipo. There are two indoor and outdoor play areas, slides, zip lines, petting rabbits, feeding small animals, horse riding, and hot springs – the kids absolutely loved it. The only downside is that the surrounding area lacks good dining options; if you're driving, you can head to Wanda for food and shopping. For Xipo, just go to the Baixi Tourist Center right next to the hotel; it saves time and the lines are shorter, which is very convenient.

MM23278****The hotel is not far from the visitor center. The facilities, environment, service, and cleanliness are all good. Guests enjoy free access to the hot springs. There is a large parking lot, making it ideal for those driving. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple.
