The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries. Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed. Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic. Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

After visiting Changbai Mountain, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for the second night. It's always my kids' first choice! They loved the hotel's family package activities, especially the Kangnahan hot springs. They had a blast playing in both the indoor and outdoor pools. I also want to give a special shout-out to the lovely ladies at the restaurant. My child couldn't make it to breakfast, and they were so thoughtful, helping me pack some noodles and eggs for them. A big thank you also goes to the hotel butler, Shi Liwen, for these past two days. He handled our check-in quickly, explained all the benefits thoroughly, answered all our questions, and always had a smile. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and parking is super convenient with a garage available. We'll definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel has a grand exterior, but the location is a bit out of the way and the surrounding area is deserted. Many of the hot spring pools were closed, and the service was a mess. I stayed for two nights, and when I came back on the second day, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been taken out, and the water hadn't been brought in... This is the first time I've encountered this situation in a high-end hotel! The hotel restaurant is quite good, and the set meals are quite affordable.
