HHong JangWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it.
Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu.
When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me.
The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed.
I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious.
Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help.
It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator.
我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。
由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。
回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。
房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。
下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。
而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。
这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。
唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

MM44301****Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries.
Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed.
Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic.
Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

ZZhuweiThe biggest highlight is the only hotel in the forest in the Dew River Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy the whole pure natural cool environment sooner or later. There are rafting and hunting in the park. We didn't participate. We were in various natural facilities in the forest next to the hotel, such as high-altitude swings and stable bridges. The children played happily all morning. The deer garden in the park is a highlight. The deer in the virgin forest can be fed, which is charged separately, but it is worth it. The hotel's cooking tastes good, slightly salty, and can remind the staff.

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰

XXinglongzhangfeiThis was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and we chose to stay in these cabins for our first night. The weather has been warm these past few days, and it's a bit remote here, so the snow is pristine. It was my child's first time seeing so much snow, and they could play right outside the cabin door while the adults relaxed inside. If you like peace and quiet and getting away from it all, you might enjoy this. There are also some small attractions nearby to explore, and the little dogs and cats add a charming, rustic touch. Afterwards, we went skiing at the Luneng Resort Hotel, but the snow play there wasn't as clean as it was here.
Of course, the accommodation isn't as luxurious as a resort hotel, so if you're particularly picky, this might not be for you. It really depends on what you prioritize; this place is all about the ambiance. For dining, there's only one iron pot stew restaurant right outside, which is decent. If you're staying for multiple nights, you won't have much variety for food. Overall, I'd say it's a good idea to combine a stay here with a resort hotel to experience different vibes. My child really loved it.

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights in a row. The environment was nice, with two beds, including a 2-meter double bed, which wasn't cramped for a family of three. It's very close to the West Slope Distribution Center, and parking is convenient. We went to see Tianchi Lake on the 4th, which was absolutely beautiful. There was also a concert on the 3rd and a fireworks show on the 4th. It's right next to Eurasia University, just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. My eldest daughter was thrilled to see the stunning Tianchi Lake on her first visit to Changbai Mountain. They also included complimentary hot spring tickets, which were great. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike was very relaxing. I would recommend it to friends. The price was also very reasonable during the National Day holiday.

GGuest UserI booked a hotel with my friends during the Chinese New Year. The boss enthusiastically recommended us to eat, drink and play, and helped us avoid lightning. The price was reasonable and there were no pitfalls. The room was very clean. It coincided with the temperature rising after the New Year in the Northeast, and the air conditioning was just right! ! It's a pity that Changbai Mountain is closed this time. When I come to Changbai Mountain again in the summer, I will come to this store again!

MMichaelI stayed here temporarily for a day and I felt it was OK. The space is very large. There is a private courtyard below for parking. Well, it is like a state-owned hotel. The facilities are very good, but it is too old and a bit old. If it is built properly, it will be special. good. What a shame for such a great place. There's good food nearby, no, I'll go out to eat if I have nothing to do.
