The stay experience was great! The location of the hotel is very good, downstairs is the business district. The room was very clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable enough to not think of. What touched me most was the service. The front desk lady saw that we had a lot of luggage, took the initiative to help deliver it to the room, and upgraded the room type. There are also many types of breakfast, and I will definitely stay here next time!

Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries. Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed. Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic. Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

Upon arrival, the hotel arranged a pick-up service, and I was checked in within about ten minutes. The room was clean and tidy, and the king-size bed room was spacious enough. The macaron color theme instantly brightened my mood. The next day, they even provided a delicious complimentary breakfast for two. No exaggeration, the breakfast was rich and tasty, easily comparable to chain hotel buffets costing 38 yuan or more. The best part is the room rate was less than 200 yuan, making the value for money absolutely incredible. Lastly, the West Slope scenic area entrance is just a 2-minute walk away, which is super convenient. I highly recommend this guesthouse, it's really great! 👍

A truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness. We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. Choose late autumn to stay in Changbai Mountain Gusong Meishu experience great value! The staff is warm and the check-in is fast. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom has no smell and the toiletries are easy to use. Good sound insulation and quiet sleep. We stayed for two nights in a row. The environment was nice, with two beds, including a 2-meter double bed, which wasn't cramped for a family of three. It's very close to the West Slope Distribution Center, and parking is convenient. We went to see Tianchi Lake on the 4th, which was absolutely beautiful. There was also a concert on the 3rd and a fireworks show on the 4th. It's right next to Eurasia University, just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. My eldest daughter was thrilled to see the stunning Tianchi Lake on her first visit to Changbai Mountain. They also included complimentary hot spring tickets, which were great. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike was very relaxing. I would recommend it to friends. The price was also very reasonable during the National Day holiday.

I stayed here temporarily for a day and I felt it was OK. The space is very large. There is a private courtyard below for parking. Well, it is like a state-owned hotel. The facilities are very good, but it is too old and a bit old. If it is built properly, it will be special. good. What a shame for such a great place. There's good food nearby, no, I'll go out to eat if I have nothing to do.

This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and we chose to stay in these cabins for our first night. The weather has been warm these past few days, and it's a bit remote here, so the snow is pristine. It was my child's first time seeing so much snow, and they could play right outside the cabin door while the adults relaxed inside. If you like peace and quiet and getting away from it all, you might enjoy this. There are also some small attractions nearby to explore, and the little dogs and cats add a charming, rustic touch. Afterwards, we went skiing at the Luneng Resort Hotel, but the snow play there wasn't as clean as it was here. Of course, the accommodation isn't as luxurious as a resort hotel, so if you're particularly picky, this might not be for you. It really depends on what you prioritize; this place is all about the ambiance. For dining, there's only one iron pot stew restaurant right outside, which is decent. If you're staying for multiple nights, you won't have much variety for food. Overall, I'd say it's a good idea to combine a stay here with a resort hotel to experience different vibes. My child really loved it.
