MM620664****The hygiene is excellent, the service is great, and the facilities are complete. The location is a bit out of the way, but that's actually a plus – it's quiet and peaceful. I can't imagine what this place would be like if it were in the middle of town. For a scenic area, the price is normal; you'd never find a slightly larger brand hotel with this level of service and environment at this price.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay! 👍 The room was clean, and my kids absolutely loved it. 😘 The hallway decorations were really beautiful and showed great attention to detail. The heating at night was excellent, not cold at all. Last night, we had dinner late in the business district, and when all the Didi/Baudi cars were unavailable, the hotel's engineer, Master Zhao, came to pick us up and drove us back to the hotel. We were so touched and grateful! 😊 My kids said they want to come back to Songguo Hotel next time. ☺️

XXiaoyatouEnvironment: The environment is excellent, very clean and comfortable.
Service: The owner is a beautiful and gentle lady. She's very helpful, offering advice on everything from sightseeing to clothing. Even if you wake up early or late, she always prepares hot breakfasts with delicious combinations. She'll also help you with your luggage to your room.
Facilities: The facilities are new and clean. The accommodation is very comfortable, and it's only a 5-minute walk from Tianchi Scenic Area. Highly recommended. A great hotel with a great owner; highly recommended guesthouse.

MM830348****The overall room size is quite suitable, at least for families with children, allowing ample space for luggage. I'd suggest placing a freestanding coat rack in the living room of the suites, especially during winter. Many guests are returning from skiing or playing in the snow, often wearing thick, long down jackets. If these jackets, which might have a bit of snow on them, are hung inside the bedroom closet, they won't air out properly and will stay damp. The living room offers plenty of space for a coat rack, which would be much more convenient.
**Cleanliness:** To be honest, the cleanliness was just average. Upon entering, I noticed hair on the light-colored sofa in the living room, which was quite visible. Since we were traveling as a family, the small bathroom to the left of the entrance was barely used. It wasn't until the second evening that I discovered a used, half-worn false eyelash from the previous guest still stuck to the sink. As this bathroom was rarely used, I didn't bother calling housekeeping; I simply disposed of it myself.
**Service:** When we needed anything replenished in the room, housekeeping was quite prompt, and their service attitude was excellent. On the day we checked out, it had snowed the night before, making the roads slippery. For safety reasons, the hotel shuttle couldn't pull up directly to the lobby entrance. A staff member from the lobby, dressed in rather thin clothing, still led everyone out towards the shuttle bus. I was moving slowly with my child and luggage, and this male staff member noticed, quickly came over to help us with our suitcases, and told me to take my child onto the bus first while he loaded the luggage. I'm very grateful for his help.
There's a shuttle bus service between all the hotels in the resort and the ski slopes, running every ten minutes or so. A staff member comes into the lobby to announce each shuttle, which is very convenient. We stayed in Block B, and while it wasn't a long walk, given the low temperatures, taking the shuttle was definitely more comfortable.

NNina_QuPark Hyatt Changbaishan | The Pros and Cons of a Family Ski Trip
We recently took our two kids to Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and were warmly welcomed right from check-in – the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a main building room with an extra bed, understanding our family's needs, which saved us a lot of hassle!
The outdoor balcony of our suite was a hidden gem, offering incredible views. We watched the sunrise over the snowy mountains with clouds rolling in, and during the day, we could see people skiing on the slopes – truly immersing us in the snowy atmosphere. The hotel amenities were also very convenient; we could rent ski equipment right downstairs at the snow house, and there was even a mini Bognar counter to browse. Being so close to the ski resort was a huge plus.
However, there were a few minor issues. The direct ski-out slope was better suited for beginner snowboarders. As dual-boarders, we had to walk down to the mountain base, and then trudge back in heavy ski boots after skiing, adding an extra 30 minutes of 'cardio workout' – which really detracted from the experience.
The outdoor hot springs were definitely a lifesaver in winter, but our slippers kept getting lost. Walking barefoot on the freezing ground was quite unpleasant! Calling for service also took a long time to get a response, which was disappointing. The room facilities also showed some 'signs of age.' The iron screw on the wooden door next to the bathtub was rusted and detached. When we reported it to housekeeping, we were simply told to 'leave it as is.' The sharp corners of the table by the sofa in the living room led to our child accidentally scratching their leg. Staff only symbolically put on corner protectors after the incident, showing a lack of attention to detail.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and many dishes had to be ordered à la carte. This could affect dining efficiency, especially when rushing to get the kids to ski early.
Overall, the hotel's location and basic services are commendable, but there's significant room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and detailed service. We hope for a better experience next time.

Having just checked out from the momo hotel, I couldn't resist writing this letter of thanks. This is also the first time I've genuinely wanted to write a letter of commendation! This stay far exceeded my expectations, making me truly understand what ”a home away from home” feels like – and this is all thanks to the dedication of the management and all team members.
From the warm smiles of the front desk staff during check-in to the thoughtfully prepared bunny details in the room; the various decorations and ornaments in the elevator corridors, and the patient assistance with my inquiries, whether early in the morning or late at night... every single aspect showed professionalism and genuine care. What touched me most was how quickly and efficiently my questions were answered whenever I reached out, and how they promptly resolved any issues, even carefully asking if there was anything else that needed adjustment. This meticulous attention to guest needs made me feel truly valued.
I also noticed that the hotel staff were always energetic and collaborated seamlessly – whether it was the concierge proactively helping guests with their luggage or the housekeeping staff smiling and greeting me in the hallway, their genuine passion and dedication were evident. This must be due to the careful cultivation of employees through the hotel's team culture. Because of this, it's not just a place to ”stay,” but a place ”worth remembering.”

MM432724****Traveling to Changbai Mountain with friends, staying at this hotel was incredibly worth it! The overall environment is clean and tidy, with no clutter at all. The room has great natural light and is quiet, making it very comfortable to stay in. The owner was even more warm and thoughtful, not only helping us plan our itinerary but also kindly reminding us about temperature changes in the mountains, which made us feel especially cared for. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Changbai Mountain!

SshanAs an old five-star hotel, apart from the manager at the lobby entrance who had a good attitude, the rest of the staff were really disappointing. The person who checked us in immediately changed their expression when they saw we were only staying one night. They didn't bother to tell us anything about breakfast or how to arrange skiing. The person handling the ski passes seemed to be in a bad mood, perhaps on their period, and was very unfriendly. In comparison, the breakfast service was the best. We understand that your hotel has been open for a long time and some facilities are a bit old, so we won't quibble about that. However, the balcony door and window don't close properly, and with temperatures at -30 degrees Celsius, the wind seeped through the cracks all night, making it chilly. The room temperature barely reached 18 degrees Celsius, which, thankfully, was still somewhat manageable for us southerners who are used to damp and cold weather 🤭. For an international five-star hotel costing almost 3000 a night, this is quite embarrassing.

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰

夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
