GGuest UserTraveling with my child for the Spring Festival, Hekou was a fantastic choice! My little one absolutely loved it. The evening performance with the 'iron flowers' was particularly spectacular, and the small snow tubing area was a hit with the kids. The room was comfortable, and the complimentary amenities offered great value for money. Breakfast was excellent! A special shout-out to Mark at the front desk – he helped us find our lost belongings, and we are incredibly grateful. We will definitely choose Hekou again for our next visit!

YYouxiandebaiyunThe hotel environment was very cozy, and the room was quite spacious. The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. Thank you all for your care and attention; a big thumbs up to the hotel! 👍

QQingxiaoNGUThe room was spacious and very clean. The toiletries were all from well-known brands, which was reassuring, and they smelled great too. It's very close to the west slope of Changbai Mountain, and the courtyard-style design has a unique charm. They were incredibly accommodating with almost all our requests. On our last day, after coming down from the mountain, we booked a 4-hour day-use room to rest before our evening flight, and they let us stay for 6 hours without any extra charge. They even helped us arrange a free taxi to the airport.

WWoshicaomaoThe room is absolutely beautiful, perfect for photos – every shot looks like it belongs in a magazine! Our butler, Coco, deserves a super five-star rating. She was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions quickly and thoughtfully, and took such good care of us. Having her really saved us a lot of hassle on this trip. 👍👍
I also want to praise the hotel's breakfast. The fact that they offer takeaway boxes and bags is so thoughtful! Sometimes my child sleeps in a bit longer, so being able to pack breakfast and take it back to the room is a huge convenience!
The perks were great too, including free skiing, evening bonfire parties, a float parade, and the interesting iron fireworks show. 👍
On the downside, the soundproofing in the villa area isn't the best, that's true. Also, for such an expensive hotel, I honestly suggest they provide higher-end hairdryers. 😂😂

GGuest UserI booked quite late before the new year, and on Trip.com, I could only book three nights separately: two nights in a king room and one night in a twin room. I tried to sort it out with Trip.com before but wasn't successful. To my surprise, two days later, Hotel Manager Zhang Pengyu called me proactively to say that a twin room had become available and asked if I'd like to switch all my bookings to twin rooms. That was incredibly thoughtful, saving me the hassle of packing and changing rooms. The room was quite spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the heating was very effective. The cleanliness was also good. It's worth noting that the hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wanda Town and extremely close to the ski resort. The ski service center is just a short walk away, which is super convenient. There's a free shuttle bus that circulates within the resort every half an hour, and it also provides pick-up and drop-off for activities like rafting, which is really handy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but it did get a bit crowded during peak hours. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. The service from 7-Up at the Executive Lounge and Manager Lü at the fitness center was outstanding; they were very responsive and incredibly thorough. The complimentary ski passes, hot springs, water activities, and entertainment snow tickets provided by the hotel were also excellent value.

MM681841****This guesthouse really exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Wanda International Resort, with no detours needed. The decor is cozy with traditional heated 'kang' beds, which I'd never experienced before – so comfortable and warm. The natural light is amazing; you can see the Qinglong ski slope from the ski resort right from your window. The room was decorated so warmly, I immediately felt a great sense of hospitality. This guesthouse has everything you need, with a supermarket and restaurant on-site. The owner even built their own small ski slope, which we all had a blast on! The owner is incredibly nice, responds to messages super fast, and provided clear directions and check-in instructions before our arrival. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed any help. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again! I honestly recommend it to everyone.

AAilvyoude11Our stay at the Wanda Jin Changbaishan Suites was by far the most comfortable and pleasant part of our Changbaishan trip. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with excellent amenities. The soundproofing and overall comfort exceeded our expectations, making it a truly peaceful stay for the whole family. Although the room showed a bit of age, it was meticulously maintained. The two-bedroom, one-living room layout was perfect; we could watch the Spring Festival Gala together without disturbing those who wanted to sleep.
But what I want to praise the most is our butler, Kitty. From the thoughtful reminders before check-in to every detail during our stay, she was incredibly attentive and heartwarming. She always responded to our needs immediately, patiently and gently. She also proactively helped us monitor the weather and recommended sightseeing routes, truly making us feel at home. Her professionalism, meticulousness, and warmth made our entire trip feel secure and grounded. She especially made sure to ask us daily if we needed any toiletries replenished or how the room temperature was. It was a truly thoughtful touch. She also very professionally and proactively informed us about all the hotel's benefits.

GGuest UserThe perfect score for the hotel goes to Manager Liu. As soon as we arrived, Manager Liu immediately offered many tips for local activities and proactively checked in with us in the evenings to see if we needed anything. Every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly, which we really appreciated.
The family-themed room itself was quite small and a bit dated. The hardware facilities definitely didn't justify the 2000 yuan per night price tag. On both nights and the following morning, guests upstairs were constantly jumping around, but since we were checking out soon, we didn't bother reporting it to the hotel.
We planned to use our skiing benefits the next day, so we bought night tickets for the ski resort. Online, tickets were over 300 yuan, but by mentioning it at the hotel front desk and getting a hotel voucher, we each paid 280 yuan.
The hotel's first floor has pickleball and ping-pong, which kept the kids entertained while waiting for our transportation. It was also fun to be able to see people skiing on the advanced slopes right from our room.

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
