GGuest UserThe hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture
The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious with a clear separation between the independent living room and bedroom, plus an open-plan kitchen with a fridge. It felt like staying in a cozy little home in the mountains, perfect for a family trip. The entire room has excellent natural light and beautiful views.
The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh and soft, and the temperature was very comfortable – not stuffy or dry, even in spring and summer. The facilities were complete. Our housekeeper, Haha, provided thoughtful and detailed service, responding quickly to any requests and paying attention to every small detail.
The hotel is located in the heart of the resort area, within walking distance to the commercial street, hot springs, and various attractions, making it ideal for families.
Visiting in spring and summer avoids the winter crowds, and the mountains are lush and green. Staying in the Jinhua Suite allows you to be close to nature while enjoying the relaxed feeling of being at home. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next Changbai Mountain vacation. I genuinely recommend it to families!

GGuest UserDuring my stay, I was fortunate to experience the excellent service of concierge Xiao Chen. From the moment I arrived, he helped with my luggage and guided me through check-in. He patiently answered my daily inquiries and meticulously planned my travel routes. His professionalism and thoughtfulness were evident in every detail. Xiao Chen was warm, humble, and incredibly efficient in responding to requests. He consistently anticipated guest needs and provided thoughtful solutions, making my trip feel so much warmer and more comfortable with his attentive service. He truly deserves high praise!

GGuest UserThe large hotel is spacious and grand, with a large parking lot and ample parking spaces. The lobby exudes a high-class feel. From the moment I stepped into the front desk, I experienced professional and meticulous service; the staff were warm and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean, with complete and comfortable amenities and comfortable bedding. Waking up in the morning, I saw Changbai Mountain shrouded in mist outside my window – the natural scenery was beautiful! [Thumbs up] The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes. It's worth noting that every staff member provided enthusiastic service and answered all my questions. The outdoor hot springs were not open, and only a few indoor hot spring pools were open, but the water was visibly clean. The water temperatures in the different pools varied slightly, allowing me to choose the one that suited me best. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I will definitely come back next time I have the chance to visit Changbai Mountain! [Grinning face]
