The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

Breakfast was an absolute highlight – it wasn't just beautifully presented, but every dish was delicious! Even our taxi driver mentioned that this guesthouse is one of the best around. Definitely worth the trip! You curious souls should absolutely come and experience it for yourselves!

Near Songjianghe Market, we went to the west slope. From here, whether it is to the west slope or the south slope, it is very close, and it is less than 10 yuan to take a taxi to Changbai Mountain West Station. The hotel is a newly opened Jinjiang service. Very good, and the facilities are relatively perfect, The bathroom is a bedding separated from wet and dry. It is recommended to live here when you come to Changbai Mountain.

This hotel provided a truly excellent experience. I was originally torn between staying here or at the Wanda Resort, but choosing this place was definitely the right decision. We drove over to Wanda Resort for a meal, but it felt pretty ordinary. The check-in experience and service here were fantastic, even better than the reviews online suggested. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit. A special shout-out to my butler, whose service was incredibly attentive and who promptly resolved any issues. Highly recommended!

After visiting two resorts, Wanda definitely stands out on the hotel front. They called me a day before check-in to ask if I had any special requests, which I really appreciated! 👍🏻 Check-in was quick, and our butler, David, was super responsive on WeChat. He'd check in every evening to see if we needed anything and answered all our questions, helping us solve any issues we had. Big thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻 The kids had a blast using all their benefits, the Old-timer experience is definitely worth trying – the slides, carts, grass sledding, and boating were all so much fun. Breakfast was five-star quality, with fresh jianbing guozi and doufunao. We'll definitely be back! The only slight drawback was the resort's mini-train, which only runs every half hour and has limited seating, making getting around a bit inconvenient. Luckily, the shared electric bikes made up for it. Also, the main road lighting at night was a bit dim.

The room facilities here are much better than at the Hyatt, even though both hotels are from the same period. The facilities here must have been updated and are of higher quality. The TV is also larger, and the overall feel is more refined. Most importantly, the food is delicious 😋! My kids absolutely loved it. For breakfast, you can order à la carte, and the beef congee, beef pancakes, and Swiss yogurt were all very tasty and exquisitely prepared. The environment is quieter here, making it more suitable for those who prefer peace and quiet. In terms of service, there's a shuttle bus available, as the location is a bit out of the way, not in the town center, which contributes to the quiet atmosphere. I made a last-minute change to this hotel, and my booking wasn't updated promptly, but Joy at the front desk patiently helped us confirm everything. I really appreciate the thoughtful service. In summary, while the location isn't ideal, the environment and facilities are better, the service is excellent, and the food is the best.

Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang.

Room: We booked a double room, and the front desk manager kindly upgraded us to a mountain view room for free. Opening the balcony door, we had a fantastic view of the Wanda resort amusement park. We were a group of three adults and one child, and they even provided an extra bed and breakfast free of charge. This grand hotel truly lives up to its reputation; the service is outstanding. Facilities: The hotel's decor is very stylish, with a Nordic design. The soundproofing is excellent too. I usually have trouble sleeping, but here I slept soundly all night, which I really appreciated. Environment: Visiting in summer, with the green grass and trees, being surrounded by nature was very refreshing. Transportation: The hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport, high-speed rail station, and Tianchi Scenic Area, making getting around incredibly convenient. Dining: The hotel has direct access to a commercial street from its B1 level, which is very handy. The hotel's breakfast buffet was decent. During our stay, we also tried the ginseng chicken soup set meal at the hotel's Chinese restaurant; the portions were generous, the ingredients fresh, and the ambiance was good. Looking forward to visiting Changbai Mountain again in winter and will definitely stay at Hyatt Hotel!

The service was great, and it's super close to the Changbai Mountain Visitor Center. There's also a food street nearby, and ordering takeout is convenient. The popular hot spring is perfect for photos!
