KkaehnThe service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the animals are very docile, the room is rich in drinks, and the sunset is very Nice while taking a bath; breakfast is a set meal system, although it is a pre-made dish but the variety is rich, it can be improved to use on demand to avoid waste. The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

GGuest UserIt's incredibly convenient to get to Changbai Mountain from Changchun now. The high-speed rail from Changchun Station to Changbai Mountain West Station only takes two hours and forty minutes.
I was deliberating between the North and West slopes, but then I saw that Lu Yuxiao had visited the West slope, so I immediately decided on that. The guesthouse offers a free pickup service and is only a ten-minute drive from the West Station. You'll drive on a short stretch of dirt road, but as soon as you enter the courtyard, your eyes will light up – the environment is absolutely beautiful.
With the unique corn cobs and firewood stacks in the courtyard, it instantly brought back childhood memories of living in a bungalow. Southern friends visiting would definitely find it particularly interesting.
The small cabins face the lake, offering a really open view. If you come in winter, you should be able to go downstairs and play in the snow directly.
The room facilities are excellent. The hot water comes out super fast, and the hairdryer is a Laifen! I really dislike those old, difficult-to-use hairdryers in guesthouses, so just having a good one is enough for me to give full marks, haha. The toiletries have a subtle pine scent, which smells incredibly refreshing.
There are also two adorable little cats at the guesthouse, soft and cute. The mini-bar is stocked with wild blueberry juice, and breakfast includes corn porridge, both featuring Northeastern specialties. What I loved most were the solid wood tables and cabinets in the room – I couldn't even find similar ones to buy. If I could have a set like that at home, it would definitely look amazing!

MM44301****Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries.
Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed.
Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic.
Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

GGuest UserWe book 4 ski nights at the hotel, travelling with 10 friends. The customer service manager, Miss Yue Yuan, provided exceptional service and warmth. She was very friendly and supportive, politely greeting us. The rooms were comfortable and tidy up everyday. This trip was filled with surprises at every turn. We had a great time, and I highly recommend everyone to come here and experience their own wonderful vacation.

The Wanda Realm Changbaishan is an excellent choice within the resort area, particularly for its ski-friendly features and outstanding value for money. It offers a well-rounded and hassle-free experience, making it ideal for families and ski enthusiasts alike. The hotel is centrally located within the Wanda Resort, with the ski slopes just a short walk away. Its back exit from the restaurant leads directly to the Haidongqing Ski Service Center, meaning no long queues for ski rentals or returns. The equipment is relatively new, and the flow is smooth, which is great for both beginners and advanced skiers. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient.
The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. There's also a NITRO co-branded floor with distinct ski elements, which younger guests will appreciate. Amenities include a gym and self-service laundry. The front desk service is responsive, and the staff are warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues. The overall service is thoughtful.
The 'Yue' Restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast, combining Chinese and Western options with plenty of hot food to refuel after skiing. For other meals, you can order authentic Northeastern specialty dishes, which are delicious and offer good value. Packages often include ski passes, hot springs, and water park access, making it a very cost-effective option for a one-stop vacation.
On the downside, the rooms aren't particularly large, so multiple pieces of luggage might feel a bit cramped. Also, the resort's shuttle bus schedule is fixed, and you might have to wait during peak hours. Overall, these minor drawbacks don't detract from the experience. The location, convenience for skiing, service, and value for money are all exceptional. It's a foolproof choice for a winter vacation in Changbaishan, highly recommended for skiers, families, and leisure travelers.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

FffstarThe room was great, exceeding our expectations. We, two adults and one child, had a wonderful stay. The service was also very good, and ski equipment rental was super convenient, with lots of free perks to enjoy.
The only minor improvements I'd suggest are regarding the breakfast staff's attentiveness and if the hotel could arrange more ski instructors for guests. We stayed for four days and still couldn't book a lesson.
Otherwise, everything was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserDuring my stay, I was fortunate to experience the excellent service of concierge Xiao Chen. From the moment I arrived, he helped with my luggage and guided me through check-in. He patiently answered my daily inquiries and meticulously planned my travel routes. His professionalism and thoughtfulness were evident in every detail. Xiao Chen was warm, humble, and incredibly efficient in responding to requests. He consistently anticipated guest needs and provided thoughtful solutions, making my trip feel so much warmer and more comfortable with his attentive service. He truly deserves high praise!

GGuest UserI had high hopes for Wanda's hotels, but I was quite disappointed. There was a power outage the night I checked in, which wasn't really the hotel's fault. However, the service was lacking. When I asked them to change the bed because it was wet, the staff used the power outage as an excuse and were slow to arrive. My child couldn't sleep until 10 pm, and they didn't bring water. Was it all because of the power outage? When the power came back on, a staff member came, constantly complaining that he was the only one on the floor and couldn't handle everything. Was that the customer's responsibility? Our room rate had increased, and they expected us to understand and make do with the lack of staff? We didn't understand; we changed the sheets and blankets ourselves. Is this what Wanda's hotels are like? The breakfast the next day was even more bizarre—nothing at all (see picture). It was worse than a Home Inn breakfast. The fruit section only had half a bowl of oranges. If they can't afford it, they can just not put it out or not serve breakfast. Don't debase yourselves! Breakfast was extended to 10 am; I don't know what they're supposed to serve! I sincerely do not recommend staying at this hotel!
