Fusong Hotels with Gym

I was a bit worried about formaldehyde since it's a new hotel, and I hesitated whether to stay here. But the front desk assured me they had done formaldehyde removal, so I booked it. The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange renovation smells. Parking was also very convenient. There was a tall, slender girl at the front desk whose service was exceptional; she even helped us carry our luggage to the room because we had so much. I hope the hotel management sees this and commends her. The breakfast was also good, I especially liked the savory pancake. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Facilities: The guesthouse is new, and all the facilities are new and in good working order. Environment: We were lucky enough to see snow. The courtyard was very quiet, and the environment made us feel very safe and secure. Service: We came on New Year's Eve and were fortunate enough to have a New Year's Eve dinner. The staff provided transportation throughout our stay and could also help us arrange activities. The breakfast was also exceptionally plentiful. There were fireworks to watch on New Year's Eve, and the coffee was delicious. It was a wonderful travel experience!

Hotel facilities, health, environment are generally good, but there are shortcomings in service. I didn’t order breakfast when I booked the room. When I checked in at the front desk, the staff took the initiative to recommend it and bought breakfast for 2 days. However, I forgot to bring breakfast coupons when I had breakfast on the second day. I told the restaurant staff that I had to catch a plane and go upstairs to pack my luggage after breakfast. I handed the breakfast coupon to her when I checked out. She said that I didn't order breakfast at the front desk, so I put the plate down and had to give the breakfast coupon to her to eat. I had to go to the front desk to ask him to check it. Later, the front desk informed the restaurant staff that I had breakfast. As a restaurant staff, it was right to check the breakfast coupon, but I repeatedly told her that it was still not negotiable because I forgot to bring the meal coupon and rushed to the plane. When I checked out, I handed the meal coupon to her. I was afraid of eating hotel white food. To be honest, I was very unfriendly to the in-house guests. Even if there is really no meal coupon, guests can pay when checking out. I hope the hotel can improve this service. Thank you

This newly renovated hotel is exceptional in terms of facilities and cleanliness, offering incredible value for money in the Changbai Mountain area! The price is comparable to a full-service hotel in a big city. The hotel's hygiene is excellent; it's cleaned meticulously every day. We stayed for six days in three rooms and were all very satisfied. And now for the most important point: the hotel staff are all incredibly nice. They were always ready to answer any questions we had about local attractions. Special thanks to Wang Siqi and Zhang Peng at the front desk, who helped us so much during our stay and were always responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

Having stayed at this hotel multiple times on my various trips to Changbai Mountain and Songjianghe, I can only say the overall experience is barely satisfactory. Issues I've raised in previous stays, such as unstable water pressure, water fluctuating between hot and cold during showers, inability to cast to the TV, and an empty minibar, remain completely unaddressed. For a suite at this price point, these are basic amenities that should be met, and their absence significantly detracts from the experience. To be fair, the location is a definite plus, right in Songjianghe town, making travel and dining very convenient. And in terms of cleanliness, hotel environment, and front desk service, it's pretty good compared to other hotels in the town, though it's far from exceptional. I truly hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and resolves these long-standing issues.

We chose the E-Hua Hotel for our trip to Changbai Mountain with the kids. Our butler, David, provided excellent service, and the hotel's cleanliness was good. However, the facilities are a bit old; the air conditioning was very loud when on, and the toilet showed its age. The laundry room was convenient to use, and breakfast offered a wide variety. We arrived on the 15th and luckily caught the fireworks festival, then successfully hiked to the West Slope to see the Heavenly Lake on the 16th – it all felt so worth it! Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. We also highly recommend Qiaopopo Restaurant, which the hotel suggested; the food was delicious, prices were reasonable, and they even offer a shuttle service! Definitely a great find!

The service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the animals are very docile, the room is rich in drinks, and the sunset is very Nice while taking a bath; breakfast is a set meal system, although it is a pre-made dish but the variety is rich, it can be improved to use on demand to avoid waste. The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

As a five-star resort hotel, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and my kids particularly loved it. The pickled cabbage and pork rib soup for breakfast was a delicious taste of Northeast China, while the other offerings were standard. The fruit selection was limited to only two types. The hotel's location is ideal for those traveling by car, about a 10-minute drive from Songjianghe Town. The EV charging stations are slow chargers, which might not be sufficient during peak season for self-driving guests. The hotel's forest trail is a definite highlight, perfect for a leisurely stroll! The gym, however, lacked towels and drinking water, possibly due to low usage leading to insufficient maintenance.

I visited the western side of Mt. Baekdu for sightseeing. Although we couldn't see Mt. Baekdu due to the rain and are returning, the accommodation is located about a 5-minute walk from the Mt. Baekdu gathering center. It is incredibly close. There are also many Korean restaurants in the plaza, so you can easily walk out and have a meal. Since check-out is at 2 PM, it is nice to be able to leave our luggage comfortably before heading up the mountain. Although it is an older hotel, it has a swimming pool, sauna, and open-air bath, as well as a convenience store on the first floor. The location is excellent. We urgently needed a car for a long distance, so we contacted the hotel, and I was grateful that they introduced us to a vehicle. I will come back to challenge Mt. Baekdu again next time.

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍
