Changbaishanxi Railway Station and Baishan Changbaishan Airport are located 16km and 17km away respectively. This hotel is located near many of Fusong's attractions including Changbai Mountain Wanda Snow Horse Riding Field, Changbai Mountain Wanda International Resort and Changbai Mountain Wanda Fukurun Lake Snow Park. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"We brought our teenager for a skiing trip during the Christmas holidays, our first time at Changbaishan. We chose Wanda Changbaishan International Resort, and the snow quality here is fine and soft, with wide slopes that are suitable for beginners. The resort is built around the ski trails, making it perfect for an immersive skiing experience. If you're not specifically coming for skiing, you don't necessarily need to stay within the resort itself.
The resort facilities are comprehensive, offering everything from equipment rentals to professional coaches. However, you absolutely must book coaches in advance during the ski season (you can search for the 'Wanda Hotels & Resorts Travel Platform' mini-program on WeChat). We couldn't book a coach on-site for our two-day trip; it was extremely difficult to get a last-minute booking.
On the other side of the ski resort, there's a dining area with a rich selection, from light meals to full dinners, all at reasonable prices for a scenic area. Additionally, the resort has hot springs and an indoor playground, great for relaxing after skiing or for family activities. Since our teenager is older, we skipped these; they're more suited for younger children.
My personal opinion is that all the hotels within the resort are quite similar. Since they all include ski passes, there's no need to choose an expensive one. The hotels in Wanda are all a bit older and not very new. Also, most of your time will be spent skiing, so you won't be in the hotel much. Every hotel is within a 3-5 minute walk to the Wanda ski slopes, so just pick one that's a good price!
Overall, the skiing experience with the kids was very satisfying. The snow quality is excellent, and the services are complete. Just remember to book your coach in advance!"

"Manager Xiao Sui was incredibly proactive and clear about all the important details. She meticulously explained the schedule of benefits, hotel location, how to pay the ski deposit, and what time the ski resort opened. Given the cold weather in the Northeast, she specifically reminded me to dress warmly and to contact engineering if the room heating wasn't right. She even organized the operating hours for the hot springs and recreation center.
Every time I had a question, like how to exchange ski passes, buy Changbai Mountain tickets, or take the shuttle bus, she responded super quickly. She even proactively sent weather alerts and video tutorials for the shuttle bus. As a first-time skier, I knew nothing, but thanks to her reminders, I booked a coach in advance and avoided any unnecessary detours throughout my trip.
During our stay, she would also proactively check if we were comfortable and if we needed any help. This kind of genuine and thoughtful service made us feel incredibly at ease."

Special thanks to staff members Zhang Yan and Zhang Qingmei, who even brought us coffee and were incredibly helpful with all our questions – truly excellent service. The environment is also very pleasant. Front desk agent Liu Quantong was extremely enthusiastic and responsive to all our needs, making for a truly wonderful experience."

"This was my first trip to Changbaishan Wanda, and I chose to stay at the Wanda Jin Suites Hotel.
Right outside the airport, you can spot the resort's shuttle bus holding up signs. It took about 15-20 minutes to reach the hotel.
The Wanda Jin Suites is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the town. We stayed in Building 1, and the check-in lobby is on the B1 level. Directly across the street is the children's snow park. Step out of the hotel's ground floor exit, and you're at the town's ski center and commercial street – incredibly convenient.
Our family of three stayed in a one-bedroom suite. It had a living room, a bedroom, and a small balcony with a great view of the ski slopes. While the room wasn't brand new, it was very clean. The room was wonderfully warm, with both floor heating and radiators, so it wasn't cold even walking barefoot. The heating is adjustable, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The shower water was hot and plentiful – all big pluses!
The breakfast restaurant isn't large, but the variety was decent, and the food tasted good. Although you have to step out of the main hotel lobby, it's only a few steps away.
A couple of days before check-in, a butler reached out to us. The butler we had this time, Yiyi, was exceptional! Not only did she accommodate our room requests, but she also arranged for children's amenities in the room beforehand. She also provided daily updates on the local attractions and ski slope conditions, and responded to any questions promptly, which significantly enhanced our hotel experience."

"The snow scenery at Changbai Mountain is beautiful, and the hotel I stayed at offered great value for money. It's located at the innermost part of the entire resort area. Manager Liu at the hotel was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive, sending lots of useful information that saved me a lot of time researching. Their responses were always timely, making for effective communication – thumbs up!
The hotel's ski benefits were excellent too; you get skiing for as many days as you stay, which made the trip really enjoyable. The benefits also included access to the water park and hot springs.
I just have one piece of feedback: there was a constant dripping sound in the room's bathroom, like light rain, which lasted a long time and somewhat affected my sleep. I hope the hotel can thoroughly check it out! Also, the production date on the drip coffee was November 22, 2024 (valid for 18 months), which isn't ideal."

"This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service!
We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much!
When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations.
Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding.
The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly.
I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!"

Although it's not within the Wanda Resort area, it's close to #Songjianghe Town, making dining very convenient. Plus, it's closer to the scenic spots than the hotels in Wanda and Luneng. A major highlight of Pullman is its three adorable deer 🦌! You can even buy carrots at the front desk to feed them and take photos.
Besides the deer, the hotel's garden environment is beautiful and provides fantastic photo opportunities 📷.
Another big plus for Pullman is its heated indoor pool, a separate children's pool, billiards, table tennis, a mahjong room, and facilities for fitness or spa treatments~
The final highlight is how quiet and uncrowded it is here! The hotel also included a complimentary double seafood buffet dinner (with a huge variety and genuinely delicious food, plus excellent service 😋). You can leisurely enjoy it without any queues! Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and bright, and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the snow-covered forest creates a truly unique atmosphere 🥰."

"Location: Needless to say, it's very close to the ski resort, with a shuttle bus service every ten minutes. It's also very near the entertainment plaza, which is excellent.
Facilities: Surprisingly good! The room was spacious, and the wooden-style furniture was very comfortable. What really exceeded expectations was the inclusion of a microwave, induction hob, and washing machine!
Service: The front desk service was on point. The lobby staff, especially those at the entrance, were very attentive. Besides greeting guests, opening doors, and helping with luggage, they even assisted with snow removal for vehicles, which deserves a big thumbs up! Additionally, the welcome drinks were a thoughtful touch. While a few cans of drinks aren't worth much, such gestures really enhance the experience, especially after skiing and soaking in the hot springs – a cold drink is just what you need!
Breakfast: The buffet offered a wide selection, and there were no issues other than having to walk outdoors for five or six minutes.
Benefits: The skiing benefits are a core competitive advantage. The hot springs are great, and the other included activities are a nice bonus. Overall, very good.
In summary, I highly recommend this place and would choose it again for my next visit.
Suggestions: Upgrading the TV's casting capabilities would be great. Also, perhaps consider enhancing the lobby's aroma diffuser and sound system."

Having just checked out from the momo hotel, I couldn't resist writing this letter of thanks. This is also the first time I've genuinely wanted to write a letter of commendation! This stay far exceeded my expectations, making me truly understand what ”a home away from home” feels like – and this is all thanks to the dedication of the management and all team members.
From the warm smiles of the front desk staff during check-in to the thoughtfully prepared bunny details in the room; the various decorations and ornaments in the elevator corridors, and the patient assistance with my inquiries, whether early in the morning or late at night... every single aspect showed professionalism and genuine care. What touched me most was how quickly and efficiently my questions were answered whenever I reached out, and how they promptly resolved any issues, even carefully asking if there was anything else that needed adjustment. This meticulous attention to guest needs made me feel truly valued.

"The hotel is very close to Changbaishan West High-Speed Railway Station; it's just a short walk across the street after exiting the station. There's a supermarket and breakfast/snack stalls downstairs. The room exceeded my expectations, no less impressive than those in the city. It was fully smart-equipped, and I slept comfortably and soundly in a quiet place. The next day, I chose a hotel near the Changbaishan West Scenic Area, which looked deserted due to the off-season, but it wasn't actually that far. A taxi ride only took 15 minutes, and the staff at the bus stop right outside said it only cost 1 yuan. The town is small, and nowhere is far. Taxis are readily available. Highly recommended! 👍🏻"

There was a lingering renovation smell in the hotel corridors, but the room itself wasn't too bad, and opening the window helped air it out. A special thanks to the maintenance technician; the underfloor heating wasn't working, so he brought a portable heater and spent over an hour fixing the issue.

I can't imagine what this place would be like if it were in the middle of town. GGuest UserOverall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value.
What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way.

__WeChat274718****Park Hyatt's facilities are undoubtedly top-notch, probably the best in the entire Changbai Mountain area (I hope they'll improve by installing bidets next time!). However, to be honest, after transferring from the Crowne Plaza on the North Slope to the Park Hyatt on the West Slope, we clearly felt that while Crowne Plaza's facilities, including the restaurant food, weren't as good as Park Hyatt's, their service was definitely superior! Before our stay at Crowne Plaza, a butler had already created a group chat, posting daily weather and scenic area updates, and constantly asking about our needs. Park Hyatt, on the other hand, had none of that! Perhaps due to being fully booked and extremely popular, there was a noticeable shortage of staff: 1. The day we went to the hot springs, we walked up and down the corridors searching and waited for another 10 minutes, but couldn't find a single staff member; 2. The welcome fruit for our check-in night wasn't delivered until we inquired about it the next day; 3. The main building room we were promised during booking wasn't assigned, so we had to walk a long distance in the cold with our child every time! The concierge staff, however, deserve praise!

The room has great natural light and is quiet, making it very comfortable to stay in. The owner was even more warm and thoughtful, not only helping us plan our itinerary but also kindly reminding us about temperature changes in the mountains, which made us feel especially cared for. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find the environment was excellent, the room warm, and everything very clean. The front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and provided great service – I was very satisfied. Most of the attractions are within 2km, and the concierge arranged everything for me in advance, plus the prices were really good. Highly recommend! GGuest UserThe room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!
