酒店位置很好，距離西坡景區集散中心很近，走路就能到。前台接待美女人待人熱情，很耐心地給你介紹周邊的環境，還特意跑到門外給我們指集散中心的方向。因為現在是淡季，客人不多，所以早餐是每人份套餐，量大管飽。

我們在下雪天開車到達酒店，冷清的長白山西景區讓我們感到非常失落，幸好親切的酒店前台給了我們很多温暖。我們擔心晚上路上結冰濕滑，不敢再開車出去找餐廳，前台熱心幫忙我透過**訂外食，餐點送到後甚至讓我們使用餐廳和餐具用餐，真的很暖心。
房間設施齊全，空間也很大，服務人員都很熱心。由於住客少，早餐也是按照人頭提供，但是份量和口味都足夠。最幸運的是雖然經過一天雨雪，第二天還是成功到長白山旅遊，我們也可以在退房後仍然把車子停在酒店停車場，走路過去景區遊客中心入園遊覽，度過了不一樣的旅遊行程。
