"A perfect score! Huazhu Shenxue Nuanju boasts a convenient location and an elegant, quiet environment. The rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The service is attentive and warm, always ready to assist, making for a fantastic experience. Staying here on a snowy day is especially therapeutic, and the price is incredibly reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"After a long and tiring journey, I was so lucky to discover this wonderfully heartwarming hotel. The clean room and gentle service truly washed away the exhaustion from my travels, leading to a fantastic night's sleep and leaving me utterly delighted. Every corner of the hotel felt clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I stepped through the door until I left, every single detail made me feel at ease. I truly hope to visit again. The hotel has a great design, and the service is excellent. They also have several adorable cats that are very friendly and love to be petted. It's a shame I didn't get to see the Heavenly Lake this time, but I'll definitely be back!"

"The stay experience exceeded expectations, the hotel is in a great location, and it is very convenient to travel for food. The reception was warm and efficient and the check-in speed was fast. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, and the night was very quiet. All kinds of facilities are complete and easy to use, hot water is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is online. The cleaning staff is attentive and responsive. The overall price is very high, the environment is warm and comfortable, the journey is particularly relaxing, I will choose here next time I come to the local area, highly recommended!"

"This hotel was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The natural light was excellent, making the room bright and airy. Thoughtful details like bedside outlets and a small table were much appreciated. Overall, it was quiet and cozy, and the room had no strange odors. The value for money was really good, and it was comfortable for traveling with kids. The owner even gave us some local specialties, which was a very nice and personal touch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town."

"If you need anything, just talk to the front desk; they're happy to help. It was quite clean, though the floor felt a bit sticky – just wear the provided slippers. The stay was comfortable, and the room was spacious, which made packing easy. The location is great, very close to the high-speed rail station, just a short walk. For dining, pick restaurants that offer shuttle service, but make sure to confirm they provide both pickup and drop-off before you go. For example, the ”Old Fisherman's Wood-Fired Iron Pot Stew” restaurant we went to only picked us up but didn't drop us back at the hotel."

"Environment: To be honest, I wouldn't have been able to book such a great hotel if it weren't for the flight delay. I was truly amazed when I arrived. The overall service, ambiance, and food were all excellent. As a couple, we usually have high standards when traveling together, and although it's a guesthouse, I felt it was absolutely comparable to a five-star hotel. I highly recommend it; it will be my first choice for future trips to Changbai Mountain."

"Parking was super convenient with a dedicated lot. The cleanliness was meticulous, and the bathroom amenities were complete, including disposable toilet seat covers and bath towels. What was most heartwarming was that the staff knew the local road conditions well. They clearly explained how to get to the mountain and where to buy tickets for rafting at a good price. They even helped thoroughly search for a small item I lost. If you want to eat Northeastern cuisine, there are options right outside. It made our trip hassle-free and enjoyable, and our whole family had a comfortable stay."

"Our first stop in Changbai Mountain was the newly opened hotel on the West Slope. They offered a complimentary airport pick-up service, which was super convenient as we didn't have to drag our luggage around looking for the hotel. The hotel itself is in a fairly lively area, probably the tallest building in town. The West Slope scenic area was closed, so we spent the afternoon enjoying activities at the forest park not far from the hotel, which was great since they provided shuttle service. Dining and shopping nearby were very convenient; there were restaurants all along the street and a local specialty shop across the road. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but I didn't have high expectations anyway. Ordering takeout was also easy, and a robot would deliver it right to our room."

"The newly opened hotel is particularly satisfied with the stay, full of orange taste, the room is large, the mattress pillow is very comfortable to sleep, the bedding is clean and tidy, the bathroom is dry and wet, the bathroom is also very clean, the smart toilet, the toiletries are complete with orange characteristics.
