設施：外表內搭算是這邊top的了，特別是大堂和套房的景觀直對奧迪纜車，早晨起來十分美
服務：酒店禮賓部的小輝還有經理小遲十分熱心，從入住開始每天會定時為我們約車約早餐，如果有什麼其他要求，小輝也會主動幫我們申請去實現。
從一開始幫我們升級套房到走的那天延遲到晚上八點退房，都是能體現萬豪集團旗下酒店的完美服務，即使居住途中突發意外，經理也能幫我們及時解決並給了我們完美的解決方案，這也側面體現了酒店服務是十分在線讓人滿意的。
居住時期有什麼問題，甚至想喝樓下的人蔘薑茶小輝也會給我們開綠燈，這也讓我們在淡季體驗到了不一樣的服務，這次選擇威斯丁是選擇對了。

五鑽酒店，設施設備中規中矩，前台接待，樓層和餐廳的工作人員都很熱情。行政樓層的早餐和下午茶點都很可口。停車位充裕。房間很寬敞，房間陽台正對滑雪道，視野很好很安靜，空氣清新。送登山纜車票，山頂景色不錯，可以遠眺長白山。連住了幾天，感受都不錯，推薦。
