錦華度假酒店前台經理張鵬宇很熱心，有事情解決也很快；客房打掃阿姨張福艷也很好，小朋友不小心把玻璃杯打碎了，很快就來打掃了。但是大堂吧真的太差了，入住給了張單子可以換清涼飲品，一開始沒人接待，來人了就讓在大堂吧裏坐着等，等了20分鐘，後來來人就給了兩聽可樂，也不解釋。本來沖經理和打掃阿姨可以給五顆星，但是大堂吧太差了，連一星都不想給。
